Worst Dark Roast ever tasted.I brought a dark roast triple triple from there today. It is the worse coffe i ever had.
Feb 2022 - UPDATE: Further to my earlier post I have to give these folks credit for turning things around. They are doing really well now with speed of service and the drive through moves really fast, like it should. Kudos to the manager and staff for making such a difference. Job well done.Sept 2021 - One of the worst Tim's I have been to. They take for ever to serve, even if it's a coffee and even if you are the only one in the drive thru. Unfortunately because its close to work I have to use them. They are consistent..... consistently bad.
I got diabeties , I am tired being served sugar instead of sweetener in my coffee at this location, I ordered at this location I ask twice to make sure they don’t put sugar ….they still manage to do it today……I was not even able to finish my coffee my blood sugar sky rocketed ….i thought my heart will stop…from 5.6 -11.2 blood jumped (it’s only happens when you intake sugar) came back to store …do you think they care ? Guy telling me they put sweetener etc it’s not his problem…and really what can I do? Nothing ….I don’t want anything except for Tim Hortons staff to take orders the right way and make sure they don’t set people up with diabetes in the future , take your job seriously… I don’t understand why this store don’t mark cups with white marker…absolutely careless towards my concern and it happened more than once at this location . Do your job, check your orders be kind to customers .
Clueless staff, bought 5 gift cards, they placed the whole amount on one card, manager was also clue less and sketchy when asking him a direct question. He kept on dodging direct answers and mostly mumbled under his breath. No professional attitude at all. It's sad to see even the head manager doesn't know what he's doing.

Worst service ever, they don’t even know the way to talk , the old lady here don’t listen properly, gets the wrong order most of the time. Too rude. Staff needs to learn some respect.
I visited there many times. Today i ordered everything bagel they told us they don’t have it. This happened lots time with me then I ordered potatoes wedges but after we paid they said they don’t have it too. If they don’t have it they have to tell us during ordering something. That’s disgusting. They don’t provide good service.
Great service and fast compared to other locations around this area, I always pick up breakfast on weekends before work.
