The manager at the Tim Hortons today was very rude! Yesterday, they got my order wrong so this morning when I went I politely explained that it was wrong and they manager must hate her job because she yelled at me and told me to check my order like it was my fault. I definitely wont be coming back here again. She needs to learn customer service skill especially for a manager.
Worst experience at this Tim Horton. I went there on my lunch break. They messed up my whole order even girl who took my order charged me for extra coffee. And when I asked her that, I didn't order that coffee she said I'm not DEAF. When I saw her she had drive thru mic on one side and airpod in another ear ?. Even she didn't say sorry at all.

This Tim's is in a gas station. Good service. They have both the drinks and meals.
Just moved into the area. Been coming here multiple times daily. Staffing here needs to try to make food & drinks the way it is ordered.The drive thru got upset at me because I requested to grilled my sandwiches. Extremely rude & poor customer service. I was told the grill machine won’t be available on my next visit & onwards. Every visit to Tim Hortons location is horrible, I hope things will be different. Please fix this location up. Our drinks & food is not free. We have to pay for it & hope in return to have it the way we like it daily.Hi Manager please have some staff with customer service skills & not rude.

I visit here frequently but only because of its location. Most of the times, they are rude and make mistakes. But it is endurable
