The worst of the Tim Hortons restaurants. All of the staff is very rude and unprofessional.First they did not apply the offer from my mobile app. Then they put bacon in my wraps that I explicitly mentioned to not to have it.When I came back to complain that they put bacon on my wraps, they insisted that I did not request to make it without bacon.Three of the employees started to yell at me including the female manager.They refused to give me the fixed wrap and I had to have a long argument to get my money back.Wasted all the time and yet stayed hungry.
Who doesn't love a Tim Hortons, always meets my expectations friendly employees, coffee is always fresh and the service is fast.
I love these guys - weekday morning crew are the absolute best!!!Fast, friendly services. Go on a weekend - forget it, long wait times etc ....Way to go weekday morning crew !!!!!
Not all Timmies are the same base on being clean and customer service. This one is really good.
Worst service ever for Tim Hortons.. the manager was very rude while taking the order.. seems like they are in a rush to clear customers.. we still understood that but they did not even prepare our order as per the standard and was very rude when asked to cut the bagel which is a standard for tim hortons to cut the bagel into 2 halves.. when asked to cut the bagels he did not even respond properly and says we cant do that which i understood too because of covid they cant take touched food into the kitchen.. but the way of handling customers is very bad.. he needs proper training for sure for customet service.. doesnt look like a manager at all..
Worst Tim Hortons ever. They basically throw the food at you when you are at the drive in window, and don’t even say a word to you. All I heard was them yelling at each other.
