The drive thru very slow and staff need to retrain to make drink and food with better attitude
Way too busy at this location's drive thru, especially with Mcdonalds nearby. Difficult to park between the 2 drive thru lines that are parallel to each other.
The worst tim.There were 10 people but 7 were take a rest.What a great place.They don’t care about waiting customers.
There is barely any cream cheese on the bagel. And the man at the window had a bad attitude.
Do not line up at this restaurant.. you will be waiting 15 min at drive thru and 15 mins inside to just to buy coffee.. staff is very very slow its like you are being served for free.. absolutely disaster restaurant. Not clean.. staff is rude.. lack of knowledge.. u have to repeat 10 times for them to understand
I went to drive thru 3 times, they keep giving me wrong orders. And the drink they made were really gross. Horrible Tim i have ever visited.
Ruby is the best, if she is not working, I don’t even bother going. Seems quite disorganized without her.
