Always out of plant based products like the sausage for breakfast sandwiches. Don’t display something on your menu if you’re not going to bother making it. Continues to be the slowest Tim Horton’s (drive thru and inside) in the area.
Everything was good. First time I have been there since renovated
The service was ok I had a discount code and they were not able to applied it. Charged full price without the discount. Not really happy about it. On top of that the app was not working. Breakfast sandwich combo. Should be $4.99
Absolutely the busiest, slowest Tim’s in the area. If the drive thru is busy expect at least 10 minutes wait before being able to order. You will usually have to wait for your order as well.
This Tims is very busy, in a very busy area. In the mornings, you may find the drive-thru line stretching all the way out of the plaza. In the evenings, you may find groups of young people gathered with their cars in the parking lot (although the Martin Grove location encounters this too).As a result of this extra tension in and around the location, you may find yourself thinking that the staff (or even a fellow patron) could have been more respectful towards you.Just remember that this location sits on the west end of the new downtown core of Vaughan and, as a result, will display the curt attitudes that you would find in some areas of downtown Toronto.
One off the worst locationToo oily food, even the bag is dripping oil out of it
I had very bad experience at this location. I had placed order for coffee and begel. Coffee was instantly given but I waited for bagel 10 mins and when I enquired where is my bagel. This the staff was wondering oh u also had begel order. They were busy in chitchat and when I said now I don't want the begel then that lady got angry and have me very rude reply. Stay away from this location.
Can not place mobile order for this location. Other than that good service.
Worst tim Horton in whole Vaughan area. Specially don’t get stuck in their drive thru. Please. Because on window they have only hot water. Thats it.
Good Tim Hortons location with excellent staff. Parking can be a little tight and it's not the easiest place to pull into if you are traveling west bound.
