Have had my Saeco Aroma machine serviced with Tony for many years. Has always done a great job. I purchased a La Pavonia Esperto espresso machine and Obel coffee grinder from Northwest Kitchenware. The staff was absolutely amazing. Tony was very knowledgeable throughout my entire experience with his company. I came in a week after purchasing the espresso machine for help on how to use it and he spent the time to explain the machine from top to bottom.
