I went to this location today after not going for almost 3 years. I ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken and the Tom Yum Soup Chicken PLUS Shrimp, which the man taking my order repeated very clearly - and charged an additional $5.45 for the shrimp. I thought that was quite expensive, $17.63 for the Tom Yum Soup alone?! Seriously?? The kicker, they DID NOT include the shrimp!!! Complete RIP OFF. I wish I read the other reviews, the warnings were there. I won't be going back. I can get better food at that high a cost and not be ripped off.
This place was Horrible - too bad there wasn't a Zero star rating... Service was absolutely ridiculous, the food wasn't cooked very well. The owners were disrespectful to other customers right in front of me. I would never go back.
Honestly... 0 stars. The sour faced old woman who claims to be the manager has terrible customer service and off-putting attitude. She keeps trying to rip me off so now I prefer going farther to a different Thai Express location than to come here. That woman is absolutely controlling, rude and unreasonable. I don't know what makes her the manager with the 0 skills she has. Shame.I feel bad for the guys that cook the food with this menace hovering around all the time.
Great service. Friendly Staff. Been to quite a few Thai express locations and this is probably the best one.Go easy on the spice level because it can get really spicy ?
Terrible service, did not take coupon that was valid for a order. Asian lady was very rude about it and started yelling.
I ordered 2 beef pad Thai, one spicy and one mild. they did not bother writing on the boxes anything to differentiate them and the lady there was very rude and told me “they make no money when you use coupons”. So why did their store opt-in to be part of that offer? too bad there is no option to rate them 0/5 stars.
Portion quantity is almost half of what I usually get from other branches. The people working there are very cold and unfriendly. Will never go again.
Very disrespectful staff! Gave me hard time for using their coupon. Will call the management head office to file an official complaint.
Ordered extra chinese broccoli and paid extra meal come out to close $20, also left a tip. Upon opening the meal at home I'm surprised to find no extra items despite paying for it. Unable to get a hold of the store as they don't pick up their phone. Do yourself one extra and just avoid this location.Edit: As a response to the response from the "owner" I've already emailed thai express to express my frustration. I've also included my receipt and photos of my meal. If you're going to response to my post with "please contact us so we can follow up" please do so to ensure customer satisfaction, stop playing games with your customers you don't look any better by looking like you care.
They don’t even listen to your order properly. Love the food but the staff could be a little better
