I believe she's the owner - she's rude. Has no idea what customer service is supposed to be. I needed to substitute my shrimp for another item as I'm allergic to shrimp. She threw in two dumplings. I was a real bother to her. Won't be returning. Everyone where I work warned me that she's nasty. I should've listened.
Good size portion. Very friendly staff. Good value.
This place has very good customer service. Even if you haven't been there for a long time, they'll remember what your order was.
Worst experience I've ever had. I ordered noodles they gave me rice. Then the cook starts saying did you say noodles, after that the cashier came over and said you only ordered rice. I demanded a refund, the cook says how about i put noodles on the side for you. Which I replied no , then she picked out the chicken reheated that made noodles. After all that no apologizes or anything close. I will ever go too anyone of these locations. Poor service mixed with attitude thanks Teriyaki. Another lost customer.
If I could give this an negative rating I would. Worst place to eat! I went to this restaurant thinking it would be a healthier alternative in the area and boy did I regret it. I only had a few bites of the chicken teriyaki and the next day I was in the hospital. I had horrible food poisoning the next day which resulted in me being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. The doctors said it must’ve been the chicken since that was all that was consumed the day prior. I will never be going back to this place, absolutely rancid. How could you mess up chicken and vegetables, it’s the most basic thing. I have told all my friends and family never to go here, I would rather eat crackers for dinner than experience that again.
I know the people who work here are good people, but when it comes to portion size its just too skimpy nowadays . Dont know if its owners/ managment but there used to be quite a bit more to each meal when i first started going to this location and now its about a half the portion of rice and veg, and the meat used to cover the rice. I see more box than food now. Dont know if its due to the pandemic or food costs in relation to the pandemic but it was just too much money for too little food.
Very good food. Used to be in a bowl now comes in a box. But it works.
Don’t mind its not a Teriyaki Experience but Its a “Worst Experience” of my life. I ordered a protein box with salmon, smell delicious inside the restaurant but taste garbage. Teriyaki sauce was smelling mushy and tasted bland. I just got a box of lettuce with a small piece of unseasoned and bland salmon. I swear it was a worst lunch I’ve ever had.
