This is a tough one. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich the description said onion rings with some other stuff I think they gave me the wrong burger. My burger was indeed fried chicken but was insanely spicy had no onion rings and really wasn't as was described so I think they gave me the wrong thing but when I opened the wrapping the chicken visually looked insanely crispy and flaky and amazing. Unfortunately it was very different than that my first bite was utterly disappointing as the breading was completely soggy. I ate this chicken sandwich within 5 minutes of it being made I did order takeout but I sat at a table in the restaurant the server brought it to me and I only live across the street within 5 minutes I took my first bite. I don't know what happened maybe it was Friday earlier in the day and then just reheated but it was a complete disappointment the reason this is getting three stars is because the french fries were completely phenomenal probably some of the best I've ever had really crispy on the outside really rich potato on the inside I wish the chicken was remotely as crispy as these fries. I also ordered the deep fried cheesecake which was also nice and crispy and gooey inside however did not really taste like cheesecake more like melted cream cheese it was missing any type of cheesecake flavor they were maybe a six out of 10. I would order food here again just to give it another try and if I do I will update my review
Ordered food from skip the dishes, on tuesday april 28th 2022. And my order was incorrect and missing items. It had the wrong flavour wings and it was missing fries. The worst part of the situation was that the lady on the phone asked for my order number. And she said she checked the order herself and she said it was correct. So what is she implying that i am wrong? I dont see any fries and i know the difference between garlic parmesan and bbq. They are different colours. Then she said to call skip and order again, why would i order again you guys took over an hour to get here. Horrible service, horrible staff. Will never order here again and will tell others. Used to be a regular, gonna go to wild wings at least they dont say that im a liar. Zero stars, angry customer.
Good food, the chicken and waffles were amazing. The table wasnt clean, but they seemed under staffed.
Was there and nothing was correct from pop to nachos and the wings were cold and a completely different flavor. Also took 40 min for nachos and wrong drinks another 25min for the cold wings to come out.Horrible service.
First time I decided to try St. Louis and it will be my last time. Ordered food for take out, wings and poutine and once I came home (10 minutes drive) I felt like I got the food from the freezer. Even the gravy was cold. Worst food ever and I will never go back. I would give it 0 star but it won't let me. The only good thing about my experience was the waitress helped me pick the food I wanted since it was my first time going to St. Louis. Really Disappointed ?
I visited this past Sunday and had a superb time! The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great service. Ordered 2 lunch specials (Southern Chicken Sandwich and 10 Boneless Wings) - which is a discounted entree, fries, and drink for a reduced prices from 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The food was fresh, came quickly, and above all, DELICIOUS. Even my leftovers the next day were good.Wish I knew our servers name to shout out personally - you made the experience!!!!
Ordered delivery today. So disappointed with my order. My nachos were so salty and soggy. I could barely eat 1/4 of my order between the 4 of us My wings were actually burnt to a crisp that again, we each tried a piece and after one bite, had to put it down.We now have to make grilled cheese sandwiches bc we couldn't finish our food but we are still hungry.
We have been regulars at this location we came in and sat down and were ignored for 20 mins. The manager asked the bartender if she had served us and she told him yes after 25 mins we left and went to the bar down the road bar 6ix and were served within 2 mins. As we walked out I advised the manager that we are regulars here and had been ignored for 25 mins in which he asked the bartender I asked you if you got there drink orders and you said yes. We have been loyal to this location for over 3 years but not interested in returning.
Picked up food 3x. Didn't get full order 2x. Pretty lame.At least the food they give you is tasty.
The wings were dry and hard. Tuff. The bone of the wings were black and tasted like the frozen ones from the supermarket. For the money I paid not worth it. The staff is extremely rude as well. They get angry when asked about the types of sauces. One girl told me she's too busy
