My first time going to this spot ,I must say I had a great experience. Customer service was superb, all the staff were friendly . Food and taste I gave it 100% atmosphere I gave a 100 % .overall this is the place if you looking to have a great time with family and friends and great meals.
We dropped in to Shoeless Joe's for drinks and a bite to eat after spending the afternoon watching tennis at York University. The service was fast & friendly and in no time we had our drinks in front of us. For dinner we had the beef sliders, nachos & wings. All we very tasty and the beer was cold. All-in-all we had an enjoyable night out.

Its rare to have the level of service we had, wow. Excellent. As soon as i was thinking water would be nice, it was arriving at the table. The food was fabulous, served quick and hot. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Very happy with our visit. They have a kids menu. Reasonable prices good food, highly recommend this location!
Nice friendly staff. I was a little tipsy working on my second pint of Ricards red and order a salad I didn't like in error. I'm not one to speak up but since my buddy was already talking to one of the staff I just mentioned if they had a lighter salad than the ceaser and they were more than happy to make me a lighter salad to my liking. That for me is amazing customer service. Will definitely drop by again.
I have been going to Shoeless Joe's for years and it is always a great place to hang out with friends to watch a game and enjoy great food and drinks! However, it is always the people who make the experience that much better! The pandemic has especially hit businesses hard, and it is great to see them getting back on their feet! The employees work hard to make the experience the best possible, and for that I am thankful!Over the past few times I have been here (and the times before that as well), the food and particularly the service has always been awesome! Nicole and Rachel have been amazing and really work hard! Nicole is friendly, attentive and always has a smile on her face!Rachel is another amazing server! She is always nice to the customers, carries great conversations with everyone, is energetic, makes you feel welcome, looks after everyone to make sure everything is taken care of, answers any questions and provides service with a smile! When customers ask if she is working, you know that she is doing a great job!Having worked in the service industry before as well, I do not think they get enough credit for how hard they work. Completing orders and constantly being on their feet has to be tiring, but they are always ready to help customers and provide awesome service!Thank you very much and keep up the excellent work Nicole, Rachel and everyone at Shoeless Joe's! :)
This past Sunday April 24th I organised a high school reunion for George Harvey Secondary with classmates from 80-85. I was informed when I called SJ Vaughn that would need to speak with Nicole B generalmanager at the restaurant. Nicole and I communicated for 6 weeks as I planned this event. Nicole went above and beyond from suggestion of buffet and food. Was kind enough to play 80s music and it doesn't end there. Johnathan G and Megan P our servers that night were engaging and incredible at keep our drinks full, smiles on our faces and Nicole would check in on us regularly to make sure everything was ok. As someone who worked in the industry for 20 years I could not have been more pleased. Thank you SJ Vaughn!
Great experience and atmosphere! Been there twice in the last week during Leaf games and my friends and I were very impressed. Service, food, drinks and staff were all so kind and friendly. The manager Nicole was kind and efficient with taking names for a waitlist during 2 busy nights. I highly recommend Shoeless Joe’s Vaughan for a good night out.Keep up the positive vibes!THANK YOU!
Kelly was an amazing person to have for our large table, she was quick with her service and we had about 30 people.She managed this table all her own, and there was not 1 complaint.Very friendly attitude, would suggest.Rachel worked the bar on a seperate night, and did an amazing job. The service here is consistently amazing!P.s food was great!
Place is great, great service, but the food wasn't really good. It's wasn't was I expected, when we got the food it did look delicious, but when we tried it wasn't even delicious.
