Usually I enjoy eating here, but the food has really gone downhill. Food seems rushed and overly salted. Sushi is ok but not the best. We ordered the creme brule for dessert and it was literally like eating runny eggs. We sent it back.
Amazing place. If you pay cash you can get 10%off.. and 15% on your birthday. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash. But great food. Shrimp on a stick is absolutely my favourite!!!
The food tasted as if it was from the day before or pre-made and we even found a hair in our calamari. Everything was covered in plastic, and the food was very bland. At first I thought it was just the first round of food but it kept coming and there was no taste. We got a wrong order at one point, I was so turned off I didn't even finish my dessert. We did not eat our money's worth of $37/person. Will not be coming back. There are much better places in the city to try.
Terrible service, we didn’t get water served, even when I asked for water they just gave one, not for my husband or child. All their utensils are plastic one time use, I did not go for a dine in experience that felt like eating take out. I don’t believe it is for Covid, because their plates and cups are not disposable! They are pure lazy. Food was mediocre too, not the greatest quality. Deep fried shrimp tempura was thick in batter, basically eating a tempura batter stick. Crème brûlée was a runny soupy texture. Super disappointed and will not recommend anyone coming here.
Ordered teriyaki beef bento box with spicy salmon roll and shrimp tempura with a green tea. Not impressed. Very Luke warm green tea from four o'clock stash. Spicy salmon roll was probably left over from lunch not very fresh. Same with shrimp tempora. Was not given Wasabi nor pickled radish to cleanse my palate. Was a sad and unfortunate experience will not be back. Loved this place before covid but the atmosphere is tired, the decor and staff looks miserable. Even the bathroom was tired looking and not cleaned properly. Ah well that is my rant.
Average sushi but was highly disappointed by the pad Thai. I asked for it to be spicy and it was tasteless forget the spice it didn’t even have any flavour. It just felt like having boiled noodles and vegetables.
Terrific sushi restaurant. Although we've still been getting take out over the past couple of years We were finally able to sit down again. Admittedly, the thin white plastic disposable tablecloths Emitted a cheap ambience. While the buffet for two was almost $90! Nonetheless it's still a cozy sushi joint with great food.
Ordered chicken Pad Thai and sweet & sour chicken. Found a hair in pad Thai .And sweet and sour chicken was dry, tasteless and felt liked prepared weeks ago.
Awful Sushi, you must be desperate to eat here. We ordered the other night, minimum, small cut Sashimis, race tasted weird, the soup had no taste. This was my second time, first time, a few years ago, we could eat inside, the manager was rude and the food was not impressive. I gave them another chance, big mistake.
Service was fast and they were nice. But the rest rooms were disgusting. I found a hair on the plate. And the food was not worth it.. used to be a nice place several years ago but won't be going here again.
