Had the snails and it tasted awful. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably spoilt i presume. Please do better.
All the 5-star reviews definitely have to be a scam. How is a restaurant so disorganized with zero customer service. We got there and waited 30 minutes for a server to attend to us and once they did, we waited another 45 minutes to be served. A member of our party waited an additional 15 minutes because the waitress went to do something else and left her food on the service window. This even includes drinks!!! We had to take some of our meals to go. I have never experienced something like this before and it’s so disappointing.They either need to have more staff that’ll cater to both the UberEats orders and their dine-ins or just work on a better schedule.
Great Nigerian food and fish barbecue. The suya is so good so was the fish. I had great time here with good music ?. Good job. The servers needs to be improved, it takes a while to get you a refill guess they are busy that night. Other than that this place i can recommend to anyone.
My first time here; immediately reminded me of lounges and pubs in Nigeria. Place has great potentials of being a social hub for Nigerians, other Africans and indeed anyone else who's keen on getting to mix up and learn about the social dynamics of others.One major area why I'm rating the place as fair is cos of the services. My friends that brought me here have had similar issues from their previous visits. Now, fix this issue up and see how your ratings go up higher. I'll definitely visit again and will surely review my ratings accordingly.
They say mothers food taste good but I think regalz Kitchen & bar taste better!!! Lol, But truly first time I ever ate some sumptuous African delicacy outside Africa. Love this classy Afro lounge!!!
The food is truely nigerian and the people are friendly too. Drinks are not too expensive but come midnight you are required to pay for bottle to keep the boot good watering hole for Nigerians and Africans.
Worst customer service ever!We ordered drinks and food and waited an hour or so for them. When the drinks finally came they got everything wrong. Very many servers just standing around. We ended up leaving. This place has so much potential and can do a better job! Everything was terrible. Never going back.
My experience at regalz was excellent. I enjoyed my stay there, the food was delicious and the vibe was top notch. If you’re looking for a nice place to remind you of home(Nigeria) this is the best option in the city.
