This place doesn't know a thing about customer service. I waited 10 mins to place an order while being the only customer inside the store. So asked the lady howmuch longer will it be she yells 25 mins. No respect for anyone's time. ??
Just ordered pick up from here and best location I’ve been to so far, the lady at the front is soooo nice and the food was made so quick! And tasted good too! Will definitely be back here.
Always come here for fresh slices , Taste better than all other stores nearby . Great customer service. Bald guy i think he is owner , always take care and fun to come here
Had another episode of worst cx service...ordered burger which is for $8/$9 and this is what i got...reallyy...you guys are looting your customers....well how many times we complain you never listen,,just say to email lol....never going to order.....a person can't even eat the food happily what they paid for...such a shame
Went to pizza pizza yesterday, order myself a pizza given they didn't have any slices.After I placed my order I kindly asked if I can use their bathroom, the man (or should I refer to as a creature) growled and said the bathrooms are closed very rudely. I explained COVID restrictions are over and I placed an order with you guys, and he aggressively told me I am not allowed to use the washroom. I had to go use the bathroom at another place a few doors down, came back to pick up my pizza and I asked for my Interac receipt, the man was aggressively telling me to leave as I did not have a mask on, when no one in the place including himself did not have a mask. This man was just awful.Would highly not recommend if I could would give negative stars.
Its my first experience with pizza pizza and i am fully satisfied with the service provided by the store. Pizza was very delicious and perfectly made. Ambiance was very good neat and clean. The store owner was very friendly. I will recommend everyone to visit here.
I ordered the pizza on Friday night. Was very busy. We got the pizza on time and quality was very good, everyone liked it in my family, Favourite pizza place now.
Been like this since the start of the pandemic and it’s really pathetic. So we can spend money here but can’t use the wash room because it’s been out of order for 3 years. Stay clear of this location many other places to spend your money at.
yo this store is very well maintained ,, by her I guess manager it's very obvious to see her hard work all the time also the turbum guy seems good
I was supposed to order from a different location but I ordered from this location by mistake. When I reached home with 7 extra large pizzas, everyone was asking which location did you buy it from ? Because It was really well done, full of toppings(as compared to our previous store) and a generous amount of cheese. My niece told me that it was the best cheese pizza of her life. Whoever made those pizzas, I really want to thank her/him on behalf of my family. For sure , this store would be on my priority list. Before even leaving they asked for ? cutlery as well which is not normal at most locations of pizza pizza.
