Worst experience ever! I ordered my pizza at 7.15 pm. I called at 8 pm to know if the order was confirmed and they said yes, it’s in process. 8.45 no pizza yet. I called again and the lady said that the order was not received and so I had to wait other 40 minutes. I ended up eating my pizza after 2 hours I originally ordered.Will never order form this location again.

Ordered pizza very disappointed it was sloppy and undercooked we had requested well done. I had to cook it in my oven. But it’s not the same as a pizza oven. It looked like the pepperoni and green peppers we’re thrown on. Not professionally made at all. A child could’ve done better. I complained to the call centre. We order once a week this has never happened to us before. I had said maybe the preparer was drunk. Or the regular pizza maker was off bc it was Easter Monday? So who knows?? I don’t like Domino’s or Pizza Hut.
Honestly used to be our go-to. I'm gluten free and dairy free due to allergies, and they *had* the best options around. However, the last 3 times I've ordered my GF pizza crust was overly thin (maybe their supplier has thinned out the crusts? - they'd always been 'thin crust' but this is more like once it's cooked you may as well be eating a burnt cracker that'll shatter upon biting it) and way, way waaaaay overcooked due to this.I'm the idiot for ordering and spending my money three times on this, but as I said we used to love them and really not sure what's happened... ultimately I strongly recommend to the owners not to overcook the GF crust -- it pretty much becomes impossible to eat, and given GF is always more pricey I just can't bring myself to give it another shot.
I order for delivery every 2-3 weeks. Pizza always arrives at a reasonable time and fresh. Delicious.
Halloween NIGHTMARE!!!Ordered pizza with the app , went to pick it up , the pizzeria was full of customers annoyed by the excessive delay. the owner tried to apologize by yelling and reminding us it was Halloween. The waiting times far exceeded the times promised by the owner. He even invited me to cancel the order. After more than an hour of waiting I was forced to leave .Completely disorganized for the big events, same situation for the last super bowl.Just remind you that Halloween comes EVERY YEAR !!! So get ready!!!
They lie to people.They tell you your order is in the oven and will be ready in 10 minutes but 20 minutes later still in the oven.So they take your money snd lie to you and make you wait.I will never order from them again .I will never order from them again.

The worst pizza nova. I only come here sometimes because it’s near my fiancé’s house and every time they make my order wrong. Sometimes I even wait 30 minutes just for my pizza to be ready. On top of that the stuff is always so rude. I won’t be coming her anymore.
