I can’t express how much I love this place. Ever since my fiancé showed me this spot, I could always crave a meal here. Owner is a pefect couple, and they always serve me a great meal. This is a must try! The toppings are extremely fresh and that is the reason I will be a loyal returning customer. Their quality is amazing and the kitchen is really clean. The prices skyrocketed and still had bill shock. $5.99 Falafel wrap became $6.50(+tax to $7.35) which was fine - but when going to pay it became $9(!!!) - this price was not on the menu at all. Lady then said the price was $7.50 but with tax that should be $8.45.Massive sticker shock and the menu prices (still) don't match the final cost. Add to that, its supposed to be the Friday "special", so the wrap could even cost more on other days.To be honest, 9 bucks for a small falafel wrap is awful value. Really upset as this place was really decent before :/
Service with a smileHad the chicken on rice.Didn’t want anything too filing for lunch and this was a perfect size. Chicken was tasty and the rice had the right amount of spice.
Placed an order tonight for my kids on Uber. 10 minutes later the restaurant cancelled the order with no explanation. I have given this location quite a bit of business so I would think they would attempt to contact me and advise the circumstances. Since the order was approved and processed, I didn’t check my phone for another 20 minutes. Lost a lot of time and too late to order elsewhere.
Awful experience. Deceitful business practices, charge you more than what is advertised and hope you do not notice as a price increase is not advertised or communicated to you. Very poor portion sizes and my falafels were still cold in the middle.
I bought chicken shawarma laffa wraps and chicken on the rocks. The food was delicious and the vegetables were very fresh. The customer service was excellent and the store was very clean. Will definitely go back.
Superbly delicious fresh shawarma cooked with great care, every single time. Food quality, freshness, taste and quantity beats any other big shawarma chain, hands down.The owners of this specific Pita Lite location take pride in their work and it shows, be it the well maintained and squeaky clean cooking area, the presentation of the food or how nicely they treat customers.
Hands down one of the best shawarma places I've tried near the gta. The service was top notch and the server was super friendly. The food has is greek style which adds an extra umph. Will definitely be returning again.
While my order was ready on time for pick up - they did not follow any of my order instructions - included sauces on my chicken dinners that were purposely omitted due to food sensitivities, put onions in my beef kebab dinner plate which I hate & their samosas were served to me cold, not even lukewarm, COLD - eww!Overall the taste of the food was average but I wouldn't go out of my way to order from them again.
