They have variety of options for toppings that are good but two of the machines were not working so we couldn’t try all the yogurt flavours. Also the guy at the counter was on his phone most of the time who did not care much about what’s going on in the store or didn’t try to fix the machines when we pointed out.
Frozen Yogurt places are getting hard to find outside of malls. My kids enjoy Menchie's but it is a little hard on the wallet. Staff were very nice.
The customer service at this location is terrible in-terms of my experience. I dropped my spoon on the floor and the cashier (shift manager) told me that I couldn’t get another one. He even took the spoons and put them behind the counter, and was very aggressive. I later called to complain and he didn’t provide me his name and accused me of stealing spoons. As a loyal customer I do not tolerate this form of disrespect, and verbal assault.Just an FYI, he touched the spoons with his hand which is very unsanitary, especially with the whole Covid-19 thing!VERY DISRESPECTFUL, and he wasn’t a teenager so please don’t use that excuse again!!
Candy and chocolate all stale (sour key was like hard candy). I almost broke my tooth. Not sure how this is ok for anyone to eat?

Waste of money. They charged me $14.00 for two scoops of ice cream. They also weigh your ice cream to see how much toppings you put on it to see how much your ice cream is worth.
Limited amount of flavours compared to other locations.
Although the frozen yogurt were good the 1 star review is for the one of the cashier's attitudes with no smile or welcome.
Passed by the area and craved for frozen yogurt. This sign attracted and another reason to go.Amazing deal! I can filled up the cup as much as I could finish. Many choices of yougurts. Toppings are pre-packeged. Love the mochi and the krackle.
Absolutely the best selection of yogurt! It’s packed with flavour but light and healthy?Wonderful place, lots of toppings to choose from? Staff provides quick and efficient service. I can’t wait to go back and have more!
