I ordered thru the drive thru on a slow Sunday morning around 8:30. I asked for a mcgriddle with only cheese and egg - no meat. They gave me only two pieces of the buns with nothing in it. Should've checked before driving away.The whole experience was annoying. I asked for a few other items too but it did not go thru. ?
Went to order around midnight and was greeted with a rude manager and an employee who was being difficult. The employee ordered us to come up to the window and order and when we did the manager barged in and decided to treat us with an attitude because we didn't tell them the order at the speaker. We explained that her employee told us to come up to the window and she wouldn't listen and then slammed the window on us. She is the definition of a rude and undeserving manager. Never ordering from this dirt location again.
So rude cashier at window, I visited this location on April 04, 2022 around 3:20pm. The employee I was talking to, was not right person for this position, so much attitude, rolling eyes on you when you ask questions, at the end she got my order wrong, we asked for bigmac and chicken combos, we end up two bigmacs, they didn't give me my receipt and we left, after we arrived home, we found out our order is wrong. Fries are not cooked enough too. Customer comes to your location to have right and Mac Donalds standard meals but employees they don't know how to give service and cashier gives attitude, so disappointed, never come back to this location.
This place is amazing its a great time when i come here the workers are so sweet and they deserve to be recognized especially the girl who was at the window. Thank you for making me and the people who support this restaurant have smile on our faces.
Worst Mc Donald's. They continue to send things not ordered and leave out items paid for. How do you forget an entire happy meal when the order is 1 happy meal and 1 big Mac? Today was new. Ordered a milkshake and 6 muffins. Waited over an hour. No food. they finally let us know they ran out. Terrible service.
I visited the McDonald's at 1600 Highway 7 often. I always receive friendly and fast service. The drive-thru is very busy at certain times of the day but the staff have always been very polite and courteous. I want to thank One staff in particular as today I asked her name. Gwen who works at this location is definitely a breath of fresh air when I pick up my order in the morning. McDonald's is very lucky to have her as she is always very friendly and positive attitude. Thank you Gwen and keep up the great job you do. And thank you McDonald's for staying open during these questioning time. Cheers to all the stuff there
I am regular customer for this location. Today there was a young men who seems like new. I was so impressed by his excellent service and attitude. He is so positive and so fast. I feel he is the new blood for this location. Thank you for you and all staff your service!
My friend and I visited McDonald's Woodbridge just before midnight and we were greeted by Farzana, who provided us with one of the best experiences we have ever had at McD's.Farzana lifted our spirits and took the time to get to know us. Her energy was incredible, especially considering how late she was working and how tired she must have been. We wanted to leave a review to let the management team at McDonald's on Pine Valley and 7 know that they are extremely lucky to have such a great employee. We will definitely be returning to this location, it was unlike any other drive-thru experience we have ever had.Thank you for your patience, kindness and positive energy, Farzana!
The worst customer service I ever seen in any Mc Donald. I did mobile order and waiting for curbside pickup. I were waiting for very long time with my 3 kids so I called in the store to ask what happened to my order and one rude and mean staff said that they are in shortage of staffs without saying sorry or asking for understanding. Yes of course I could understand if she could said something nicer and ask me for understanding. But she was talking so mean and rude sound it the staffs shortage is my problem. And she asked me if I cant wait then I have to walk in to take the food. Common, I have 3 kids in the car. Terrible staff and service.
The people at the drive-thru are always super efficient and friendly! This morning I lined up behind 8 cars in the drive-thru line and got my coffee within 5 minutes! One of the best in the GTA for sure.
