You changed the recipe for rocher Catarina my heart is broken I’m so sad. The new recipe is no where near the original I hope you reconsider!! My husband and I drive up once a month from Brampton and buy a liter of gelato to bring home. The last two times I have been so disappointed it’s my favorite please bring it back
My sister got way more gelato than she could possibly eat but she soldiered through it. She ate a third in the store, a third in the car, gasping for air as she filled up the brim with delicious gelato, and then the last third in the walk through Yorktown mall. Gelato so good it made her immune to the upturned noses and tut tuts of admonishment over her gelato-y face from of the kind of people who shop at Yorktown. Oh she's 35 btw. "Gelato so good it makes you immune to the cold stares of the nouveau riche."
I always try to hold back from giving bad reviews but after reading all these reviews here, I do agree that the ladies that work here are not friendly at all and this has happened every single time but we still visit from time to time. Just wish they would take all these reviews in to consideration and care about treating customers better. I will still give them a 5 star just because we have made a lot of good memories with friends and will not let the staff ruin it.
Never thought I'd dislike an ice cream. Very pedestrian taste. I couldn't even finish half of the ice cream, that's how much i disliked the taste. My partner didn't like theirs either. Would recommend skipping this one and sticking to the good ones you've been going to for a while
If they want to close the store before displayed houra just change your hours of operation I got here 1040pm and they were just looking at me . Why have people wasting their time driving when you could just adhear to your own policy.... ??
Wide range of flavours. Located in the core of Vaughan and a great spot to try. Had the tiramisu and it was amazing. Best tiramisu flavour gelato that I've had from any other spot
Man oh man do I love gelato from this place. Their prices are reasonable, flavours are delicious, customer service is fantastic! When in doubt, get the chocolate flavour!
wanna start off with the pistachio flavour, it’s literally heaven wouldn’t want any other flavour. it’s kinda pricey honestly so i go here to reward myself cuz of uni :) overall really like it and sometimes there’s j cars chilling there so it’s a vibe for sure!if your craving it, i would recommend medium and if ur just trying to snack and share; small is good enough surprisingly as i tried today too!sometimes it’s crowed and there’s a line so depends when u go, it’s gonna be winter soon so i think no more lines unlike summer.but 5/5 for the pistachio flavour from here!
I don't usually write reviews, but the workers here treat their customer like a bunch of dogs. If I'm paying over 10$ for two scoops of overpriced ice cream, the least you can do is treat me like a human being. Also, their quality went down over the years. Just look at the comments on here and you will see how fed up people have become with their ill-mannered staff. There are better ice cream options in the GTA.
The best Gelato this city can offer...#Tiramisu and I appreciate vegan options!!
