Got Old expired chicken paid over $18.00 around 2pm for my kids ! make sure you guys ask for fresh chicken !!!! Don’t waste your money and time
Good food. Well prepared and lots of toppings.Not the friendliest staff, but not hostile; just indifferent and uncommunicative. They didn't have fire sauce but wouldn't volunteer that info. I had to ask why I didn't get that sauce.

Old chicken, and prices are higher than other locations. Unpleasant customer service. I'd prefer to drive the extra kms to get fresh chicken!
Pretty sure I was given an actual chicken sandwich, instead of the plan based chicken sandwich. I've always investigated them before I ate them, but this one seemed different. The nice lady at the counter told me that they just changed their recipe. It may be my mistake, but either way I am dissatisfied with the sandwich. Staff was lovely though.
Being a vegan i cant wat plant based in any KFC Canada as they use the same oil. KFC should give them the required guidelines for plant based customers. Or may be the owner of the franchisees are saving on oil. I dont know what's teh reality, but KCF should look into this.

I will never order from KFC again the worst service i have had .I ordered food on line , tracking it ,it's telling me that food has been delivered which it has not. I call them to see if they can contact the driver and i'm told so cause its a third party driver . sooo now i'm out money and no food i give them a zero and advise people not to order anything from them on line totally disgusted
Extremely slow takeout and don't honour coupons downloaded from their own website. Ended up with the wrong drink. Not impressed.
