I like Hero in general because you get good value for your money but at this location we didn't get what we expected.My Italian deluxe had 1 small piece of dry chicken, instead of portobello they threw in some watery mushrooms from a can and the blue cheese was missing completely.My wife's burger was dry and tasteless.Sorry guys, the quality should always be there!
This location is not recommended. They would not let us use the washroom "due to COVID", although they are still supposed to serve customers even when there is only take out and no dine-in. Then we found they missed 2 items (fries) in our take out orders, and luckily we ate in the car in the parking lot so I went in and asked for the missing items.
Good burger. But always understaffed. At lunchtime they have 1 employee working the entire store. Waited 45 minutes for a burger.
Food is great but walked in with one other customer. One employee is yelling on the phone (problem with customer service?) Which is understandable but his mask is all the way down. Person taking the order also has mask below nose. The person who took the order then has to make food for both customers, which takes over ten minutes. The person complaining on the phone continues to complain instead of helping the other person in the back? Again, the customer service aspect I can look past because it's hard times for everyone but two employees BOTH with masks down is a no no for me. Won't be returning.
Their custom burger was good and their chicken burger was awful, still pink...On top of that, the service was slow. Two burgers that took twenty five minutes.On a separate occasion, I ordered a Mushroom Poutine, where I was the first customer, that took fifteen minutes. How is this possible?
Just spent $30 on 2 burger combos. Honestly, not impressed. Burgers look like they are store bought. Very blend, no taste. I won't be returning
After a movie with the kids we went over for a quick meal, order intake was smooth. Two burgers took 29 min to prepare from point of payment. That’s not the worse part, I asked politely if everything was ok in the kitchen today, I got a rude response back “ we have lots of uber and door orders and we have you also to Prepare, it is what it is”. I was taken back, not apologetic at all, never thought I would see the time that a dine in customer would be so disrespected and made feel second class to the take out orders. I would never go back or order from there again….
The service is too slow for a fast food established. It shouldn't take 25+ minutes for only two sandwiches which no other guest in line. I can understand if it was a sit down restaurant but it is not.
It was my second time eating their humongous burger and it never failed me! The burger was so juicy, thick, tender and tasty. Come hungry and and expect your belly filled for hours. Great burgers!
