This location is my favourite. I’ve been to many Hero locations but this place is the best. Friendly people and the burger taste so good. I ordered Action Hero and I have to go back for more. It taste so good. The guy there Danish is so friendly. I’ll definitely recommend this location to everyone. Thank you Danish for being so nice to us.
Wow! What a place. Never had such a tasty burger in my life. Best plant-based burger - the vegetables were all fresh and patty was very tasty. The staff at this location is also super friendly. I went during the time of closing but I was surprised that the food quality and customer service was not comprised. 10/10Danish and team were amazing on 05/04. Extremely friendly.
If anyone actually remembers, Hero burger was the first gourmet burger chain introduced customized burgers with fresh ingredients. I tried many other then recently went back to Hero again and I didn’t realize how good they were. I was told that this location is in new management and the staff were very friendly and caring. Definitely will come back!!!
Just went in few days ago… the restaurant was clean to my surprise… they served me promptly.. my burger was fresh and juicy.. they even offered complimentary ice cream to my child while we waited for our order. The guy at the counter told me the restaurant is under New Management now which explained the change in service and that they are open till midnight.
Poor experience. We ordered chicken burger and nuggets. The nuggets was chicken less ie nothing inside just pure flour in them. On calling the store the manager failed or even acknowledge an issue moreover said “ these come from head office so I don’t know” So much for being customer facing fast food company who boasts about quality and customer experience. Vaughan location please get your act together

The worst service I have ever received! I was at cash register waiting to be served, the person working was on his cellphone and when he came to the register he did NOT wash his hands nor was he wearing his mask properly I will not be going back save your money! Heath and safety services definitely will be contacted!
My burger was tasty, cooked just how I wanted it. Place was clean. Fast service.
