I had placed an online order using a two can dine coupon. When I picked up the order, both burgers had been made with the same identically instead of how I ordered them. I called the location and spoke with the manager Moe. He was very professional and ensured me I would have a credit under my name for the full value of the meals.Fast forward a month and I call in to use my credit. I spoke again with Moe and was informed my name/number was not on the list of people with a credit and there was nothing he could do. He was very impatient with me and did nothing to make any effort to compensate me for the error that was made on his side.I will not be ordering from this location again.
Food was good, the staff were quick to prepare the meals and get you checked out. I did find it dead on a Saturday at 2 pm. The location was very dated and there was a smell of engine oil coming through from the mechanic shop next door. Overall just ok - but I might suggest the drive thru rather than a dine in visit.
Placed an online order for 3 sandwiches and nuggets at 10:30am for pick up at 11am for an order for my family because of the power outage. When I got there at 11:00am, their doors were closed and the drive thru was closed despite their ordering app and website stating they open at 10:30am. As a confused consumer, I called the store phone number, they told me my order would not be done for another 20-30 minutes because “they just opened”. As I proceeded to ask for a refund as I was on a time crunch (hence why you order ahead) the shift Manager Emmanuel stated “the store manager can only issue you a refund”. When I called in at 12 noon to get the store managers name for documentation purposes, the shift manager answered and refused to provide the store managers name off the bat and continued to state “I already told the other person, I can’t give you the refund today.” When asked why a shift manager can’t issue a refund (as they have these capabilities) he replied with “I’m just too busy right now I don’t want to rush your refund and get it wrong”. As I was asking why he told my boyfriend he “couldn’t do the refund” if he actually could but just simply did not want to. To make the situation worse, Emmanuel placed the phone down for 12 minutes with no explanation or message like “sorry I need to place you on a brief hold.” After 10 minutes, he simply continued his conversation with me— more like excuses, and had complete disregard for the situation. I find it very ridiculous that as a shift manager, you’re “unable to issue a consumer a refund” for an order they could not complete in a timely manner. News flash Emmanuel, welcome to Fast Food; a fast paced environment, an industry you decided to work for when you accepted the position as a shift manager. Maybe its time for a career change.If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
We ordered chicken nuggets and this is what we got. This is not chicken nuggets, it’s just a layer of fried batter with a pinch of chicken. Please try to improve this.
Food here is trash the fries aren't any warmer than -10 degrees CELSIUS if you don;t want your teeth to get literal frostbite or spend thousands in dental repairs after going through their jail like food stay away actually my apologies even prison food is probably like a 5 star michelin compared to this dump
This location is clean and well maintained. The service is good, and the food is fresh-made to order. Harvey's truly makes a hamburger a beautiful thing.
Went today with my coupon to get a 2 can dine meal showed the coupon the cashier said thank you and that we could keep it and didnt add the discount ended up paying full price for both meals... disappointing wont be going there again?
Worst experience at Harvey's Ever! Went threw drivethrew and had an order of $48 and everything was wrong. Both burgers were completely wrong, pops had ice full to the top so there was nothing to drink. The deep fried pickles tasted so old they were saggy and mush. Waste of money ?
I come to this place because it reminds me of my youth. Never slow. Always great service and delish
Stay Away From This One! Soggy, oily undercooked fries. Hard, cold overcooked burgers. Maybe it only happened this one time. But hey, this is how you lose regular customers. Bye bye...
