This place is amazing! I have ordered there many times and have tried plenty of their menu items. Portions are good and they are generous with the amount of meat in their dishes such as general tsao chicken. As everyone has their preferences it seems to make more sense to specify how spicy or sweet you'd want? And I would be concerned if their chicken or beef is tough. Seems like common sense is lacking in these bad reviewers....
The food use to have great taste however it doesn't have any Asian spices or flavor anymore its very bland and no flavor the quality has gone down significantly. I definitely would not order anymore from them thanks for the bland food. 2 thumbs down save your money order else where I threw it out horrible never never again ? yuk.
Had a great experience coming here ever since I was kid and it's great to see the restaurant still doing well by being consistent in everything that they do. Food is good and price is reasonable in comparison to other types of places where 50 dollars will only get you enough pasta for two. Can't say I understand the bad reviews as the restaurant is clean and it's a takeout restaurant shown by Google so I'm not sure why they would expect there to be dine-in. And I've never experienced them raising their voices although it's not uncommon for people to speak loudly in their cultural language. Italians can relate! Maybe be more patient and get a new tastebuds haha
I have ordered here couple of times the food is alright but the customer service is what i cannot stand. The woman there is exceptionally rude and has no manners. Always yelling at customers. My husband said i should give her chance and tonight, i will never step my foot in that place anymore. Just because you are busy does not mean you should be rude or yell at your customers.
Disappointed from golden lotus been ordering here for long time, but it has changed.The good cold, not cook well, and customer service not good at all get yelled at for asking questions dissapoited
We just ordered from Golden Lotus on Saturday. The food was atrocious. It had NO taste and the things that did have taste, tasted like dog food. The chicken balls could have killed someone they were so hard, the spring rolls tasted rotten and the food in general was not fresh AT ALL.The people on the phone do not speak English so when you're placing your order, they're getting frustrated with the questions being asked about dishes. They raise their voices at you. Stay clear of this place!!!
I should have listened to Josie when i read his comment but as you know sometimes people over react. NOT THIS time. I ordered General Tso chicken well atleast I thought I did. It was sweet first of all ( I was expecting spicy ) and it was like eating sponge candy. No chicken. As bad as that was the chicken fried rice was even worse. HOW. I will have to say i will NEVER order from there again and would have to vote that it was the WORST food that I have eaten. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY. I wouldnt even give it 1 star but i guess you have to get atleast 1 which is crazy. I would give it a NEGATIVE rating if I could. I hate maybe 1/4 most likely less of it before throwing it away. JUST TERRIBLE
The worse chinese food and customer service! The entire food i had ordered was terrible.I will never go back.I ordered sesame chicken and the taste was like the chicken had gone bad. Trust me the quality and texture of the meat its very bad.I'm suprise how this place its still open.
They missed our chicken balls on our order called in to tell them nicely and will pick them up next order, lady could barely speak English and was yelling at me, crazy! Too bad, I've been ordering from them forever but today completely turned me off
Absolutely disgusting, took two bites and went to the McDonald's across the street. Do not eat from here.
