I ordered 2 buffalo chicken burritos but they gave me only one buffalo chicken burrito. They charge me for 2 which is ridiculous and ripping people off. They gave me just the veggie burrito with no chicken inside. Also the sauce was not evenly distributed on the burrito it was just on one side and another side was all dry. People open up burrito places but they don’t how to make it and give good customer service. I will not recommend anyone to have their burritos from here. Super expensive then burrito chains with poor service.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They have gluten free options on the menu and I have severe celiac disease so I called the franchise first to ask about the precautions they take with gluten allergies. The man I spoke with on the phone explained that they would heat the burrito up on a separate part of the grill and ensured me that there would be no cross contamination. He really sounded like he knew what he was talking about so I went into the restaurant so I could see if they would make it properly. Everything was going fine and they did use ingredients that had not been opened yet, which was good. However, when they heated up my burrito, they put it right on top of a spot where there had just been a white wheat burrito. Clearly, this showed me they did not know what the term "cross-contamination" meant and displayed their incompetence. I did not eat the burrito, as I have severe reactions to gluten and did not want to risk it. Next time, if an employee is not sure how to handle an allergy, then they should not speak as if they do. Also, if the restaurant wants to claim they are celiac safe, then the employees should be trained appropriately. Very disappointing.

First off I never write reviews.Three times, in a row I have ordered a huge pulled pork burrito. For $15 I do not expect 3/4 of a burrito stuffed with rice and/or noodles. Literally a bite of pork on one side throughout the whole burrito. Tastes good but severely underwhelming.

Just unprofessional staff. Just wanted extra hot sauce on the side, and i was about to be given it. Till one of the staff said it extra. They continue on about if I wanted the sauce on the side it would be extra. I told them, it already on the burrito, why can’t I have more on the side. This male staff continue to under mind his staff, and said the staff that was about to give me the sauce is new, and he is in charge and refuse to give extra sauce on the side unless I pay more money. Truly pathetic staff, I don’t know who hire them, but they don’t have any customer service skill, or common sense to work in this food industry. This place is that cheap on their sauces. Never coming back, and properly there other millions of fast food burrito i can eat. Never eating here, or giving them my money.

Can you ever get enough of those burritos? I doubt it. Big portions, fresh and delicious. It doesn't have an inviting atmosphere for dining in, rather grab your fat burrito and come back for more later, but hey, if I need to make another trip to get myself this monstrosity - I'll gladly do so

It looks good right ?.. to bad its inedible cause when... ordering and asking for the sauces on the side the employees read... mix it all together so now the rice is more like a suicide mission and a colon cleanser all in one .. my nugget of information for you would be this ...place your order on whatever app you use ..and then call them to clarify

This burritos are so huge, ingredients are fresh, great service, the way they serve customers is just amazing, must try fusion burritos. Will be coming back??.

Huge burrito is HUGE! Great food, nice staff, and underpriced for the amount of food you get! Highly recommend. Hot sauce is also very good :)

Horrible & slow service. The guy input the wrong order then while making the food the woman had the audacity to ask for more money because they charged us for the wrong thing. How can you be that incompetent if we are the only 2 customers in the store? And furthermore why must I pay extra for your error? Wasted 15mins in an empty restaurant- the employees at this location need to take their jobs more seriously.
