This restaurant is absolute garbage. I dont recommend it at all. Their customer service have no manners. They hang up the phone on you because you confront them about their mistake and the boss like how they call it will not return your money back since I didnt take the food back. I leave almost an hour away and according to their policies I have to leave my party unattended to go returned their mistake. I work in the food industry never heard that because I order 10 pieces they can give me proper chicken parmigiana because the cheese will stick to paper.Avoid this place at all costs, the food is absolute garbage, my guests barely ate. Never again ordering from here.
Not very impressed with our dinner last night at Dessert Plus. The food was mediocre. Calamari weren’t salted and the pizza did not taste very pizzeria style, more fast food style. Service also left more to be desired. They almost seemed annoyed when we asked for something. Took very long to receive our food. Will definitely not be returning. Several other options for Italian food in the area.
The problems started as soon as we sat down.We went for our Easter dinner, about 12 of us. First beer had a hair in it, second beer had a cricket in it. When we brought the cricket to our waitresses attention, we were told that it must have come from us. That waitress needs to take a course on customer service, because she lacked on hers.When our food came out the presentation was great, and were very healthy portions. However, I am Italian and have been eating/making homemade sauce my entire life. This place is clearly not making their sauce from scratch - you can tell by how greasy it is. I personally would not pay $12 for a pasta dish there, let alone $18-20 a dish.2/10 would recommend - all depends on how high your standards are when it comes to dining.The male chef/waiter that was there that night was good, you could see he was trying to make an effort. We appreciate that!
The most delicious Italian cuisine I have ever tasted. Amazingly big portions, worth the price. I will definitely be coming back. This is probably the best place to go on a date. Great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
If I could give this place a zero based on customer experience I would.I have been trying to reach them for just about a week to host an event. I called and left my number and was told someone would call me back. The next day I called multiple times no answer, the following day I was told to call back at a different time, with still no answer. Basically being shown my business was not important. FINALLY I decided to be a bit more stern when calling again for the 5th day in a row, finally he takes my number and name again. A lady called me back (not the most pleasant person to speak to by the way),I’m frustrated and annoyed at this point and expressed what I was looking to do. Within a second she states “oh no dates not available” (unless looking directly at a calendar how would you know right away!)Doesn’t decided to offer another date or see if she can help in any other way.Clearly my business is not important and neither will yours be.So disappointed, the food is amazing however their professionalism and customer satisfaction is clearly lacking.If your looking to spend a decent amount of money take it elsewhere that will be honoured to have it!
In my personal opinion, poor customer service, poor presentation of food and awful overall experience.If you are booking for a party don’t pay unless they give you exactly what you order. My guests didn’t receive all the appetizers I had selected. The children at my party didn’t receive meals while the rest eat dinner it was unpleasant and poor quality of service.I then contacted the restaurant to follow up with francs, and let’s say she never returned a follow up call. I WOULD never return nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone. When I did call after a while I spoke with this arrogant so called owner he sounded completely ignorant and unprofessional to say the least. I asked him if he was the owner or an owner his response was I am the Owner! After doing some investigation of my own I realized he was not the OWNER and in fact the owner is Teresa!I am not sure if I spoke with the son of Teresa or her grandson as his name was never given. All I will say is that the experience was awful unpleasant and very offensive. I called to just advise him of the poor service and to maybe receive an explanation as to why things didn’t get done as I requested not yo mention paid for even though I could have refused:I am extremely offended by the manner in tone he used while conversing with me. To make matters worse he was not the OWNER as she’s an older lady with probably no idea that this even occurred. Unpleasant experience and extremely rude to say the least.

It's a must for any food lover. Please do yourself a favour and come back often so you can try everything on the menu.Friendly tip, all meals can be customized to your liking. If you see a few items on the menu they can be made how you like it by family cooks and staff who care about you dining experience.Haven't witnessed this in a while, but the wait to get in has been at times horrendous and without patience I've seen many patrons leave before being seated. Just be prepared and you'll leave happy guaranteed.
We choose to come here with a group of 15 to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Entering the building, the owner, Rene, greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. We had a private section of one of their rooms and the decor and atmosphere were excellent. The service was friendly and smiling while being efficient and timely. The food was very tasteful and the portions enormous! Our celebration was a success and all that attended were happy and satisfied. Thank you Desserts Plus for the wonderful evening!
Friendly staff. Ordered for take out arrived early got the order roughly the time I asked for. Pizza smells good and taste good. Although a little small for the price. However will probably go back one day to try other flavors or food. Only downside, staff wasnt wearing masks during this covid time.
