I’m surprised reviews are so high! This place is below mediocre. I know Vaughan doesn’t have a lot of options but this shouldn’t be the “choice”. I’ve gone here a few times to give it the benefit of the doubt but it has consistently been bad. Will probably not go here again unless I’m super desperate. Staff are VERY rude every time, and you can tell staff do not want to be there (*ahem* opens at 3pm on a weekend??) their ho fun noodles are ALWAYS mushy…WHY?!!! George’s general Tao doesn’t taste anything like general Tao. Their flavours are just not at the calibre of other Chinese restaurants in Mississauga which isn’t that far away with the new Hwy 427. I like to support local business but I just can’t support a business who has no customer service, charges 25 cents for each hot sauce packet (not even the 1st was free - seriously??), and whose food leaves a “bad” taste in my mouth. I miss the days of Asian Legend. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else!!

I had a Thai noodle (Pad Thai) for $16.95 and tea for $2.50. The portion was satisfactory, in that I would be full for the rest of the day.

We have been enjoying food from this location for over 15 years when we first were introduced to the restaurant in Woodbridge. Excellent food, fresh ingredients and wonderful service. During COVID years - we used their delivery option for take out and in all the times we have ordered food from them - its always amazing, hot and the order is 100% accurate. Highly recommend!

Very good food. Not as unhealthy as “standard” Chinese food, so if you’re looking for cheap crispy heavily breaded food, then you may not like this. They give lots of meat and veggies compared to places where it’s mainly rice or noodles. Food is very fresh and good quality. It’s a bit more expensive than other Chinese food restaurants, but for the reason I just mentioned.

Great food, great prices and all dishes are flavourful and freshOnly downside is that there is usually a wait, highly recommend to order early to avoid this

Excellent Chinese food. Been going here for ages and recently dined in for lunch. I enjoyed one of their lunch combos that comes with choice of main (I had ginger beef), plain fried rice and choice of chop suey or vegetables. I also added a wonton soup (so good). Everything was delicious.Highly recommend.

I don’t understand how this place is not packed all the time. It has been a neighborhood stable for years. Always consistently fresh. Literally perfect Chinese takeout. All these ratings speak for themselves. The dinner for four is a tremendous amount of classic take out foodMy only criticism is they give WAY TOO MUCH sweet and sour sauce. You guys don’t need to give each customer so much. It gets thrown away!!!!

I was new to the area and a neighbour recommended this place, so I decided to try it. We ordered sweet and sour pork for takeout, and asked for it to be extra crispy (which was confirmed by the staff). When we got home, we were extremely disappointed that not only it was not crispy at all, there was absolutely no batter to the meat pieces, which were just very tough strips of pork sitting in a pool of sweet and sour sauce. We agreed it was the worst sweet and sour pork we ever had (and we are very accommodating and understanding to the different styles). I called the restaurant right away and told them about this, only to be told "this is how this dish is done here". Oh well, I guess that was the first AND LAST time to patronize this restaurant. These days, we travel quite a bit further, to Ann's Congee, for much more decent sweet and sour pork!

Standard takeout Chinese takeout menu items but the quality is always top notch. My family loves to order here whenever we get Chinese takeout. The food is always just as amazing as the first time we've tried it.Side note: they have the best spring rolls here!

Very disappointed with the the take out food. The noodles were burnt and had no flavour. The containers came half full except for the rice and noodles. The bbq pork dish ($12.95)came with a few slices of pork( sliced very thin) but it was mostly snow peas and corn. Will not order from there again!
