Stefania and her crew were amazing and professional! They catered to to our expectations and went above and beyond to make our party amazing! The food - best ever ! Must go for any special event or function!
Let’s start off with the food.The pizza and the steak were actually the only decent thing that we got. But everything else was undercooked, the truffle fries, the veggies with the steak and the pasta was hard.At least we got free bread (yet still burnt).Now onto the service.The two woman were very unprofessional as they are laughing behind the bar the whole time not paying attention to their tables. Once we were the only ones left in the restaurant the guy from the kitchen came out and then they started talking about rude customers in front of us to hear, like go in the kitchen to do that.Now the best part the bills!It didn’t happen to only us as we were charged an extra $45 for food we did not order as well as the table behind us.Once we let them know about that they said their fake story’s and proceeded to add another water on the bill! Yes we understand paying for “flat water” but you can’t charge for the first one when you don’t ask us. Lastly the automatic gratuity!This restaurant is clearly not up to date with Bill 81 in Ontario which clearly states “No person who owns or operates an eating establishment shall charge any customer an automatic service charge”. When you’re charging an 18% service charge at least have the decency to make sure our bill is correct.

OUTSTANDING AS ALWAYS!!!! FOOD WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS...
Booked through Open Table after looking at the menu online. When we got to the restaurant, the menu was different (had been changed) and the prices had increased. The chef was able to make me the pasta I had come in for; they were unable to make the salad I had planned on having (that brought me in to the restaurant). Food was good. Service was pleasant. Bathrooms were clean.
