The worst customer service I come across in GTA so far, the might have look nice cakes but the matcha tiramisu cake is terrible, I could not have a one bite it’s ?, so when I told the lady working that it’d so bad, she said I can not give you the equivalent like is which is Tiramisu cake, I’ll give small cheese cake, which does not look nice at all, looks like no one would buy this and looks like leftover. I said no I would not like this, so she this what we can offer. So like take it or leave it, so I told her this the level (low) of your customer service you have in this restaurant ? she said YES ?, so this is really bad customer service, she said yah sorry. She was so careless and I could not believe there is such bad customer service in Canada. It’s not worth to go to such bad customer service place. So I do not recommend this place at all.

Whats wrong with their pastry chef??? Their macaron was rock hard and like a biscuit instead of crispy shell and soft inside. The shell was super thick too!!! I side was like a hard cracker… They either failed macaronage or wrong baking temperature. But even from a home baking this quality can’t be produced. Even mass producing costco macarons would taste better. I cant believe i paid for this complete failure?? i will post a video too for evidence

Doesn't matter if there is one customer or 5. This Chatime location is hands down the slowest service in Vaughan. Go to Rutherford or Major Mack locations if you want faster service for the same quality of drinks at the same price. It seems like there's ever only one employee making drinks, one taking orders and one doing bakery work. The barista gets so backed up with online/food delivery orders and is unable to service the customers in store. I've been coming here for the past 3 years out of convenience and it has always been slow (average 10 minutes) with no improvements.

There was deal that if we order 6 pcs, tax is free. We exactly ordered the 6 pcs but they put only 5 pcs in the box. We realized when we arrived at home. I am so disappointed because I want my strawberry short ? I couldn’t go back store to tell them. It is already too late.

I am so disappointed in this location.You have signs outside for the mask mandate that also includes medical exemptions and accommodations under the charter of rights. Your employees refused to serve me due to my medical exemption. They were rude and unaccommodating.After a whole year of these mandates, your staff is still uneducated and is discriminating against your patrons. Overall experience was uncomfortable and dehumanizing. Disappointed and disgusted.I hope you educate your staff on how to kindly treat your customers. I came in nicely. they asked if I could put a mask on and from a far distance told them I had a medical exemption. They then told me they would not serve me even though there is no signage or written policy to support this rule.

Coffee is good but I hate what I even can't sit while I'm waiting my order. yeah yeah covid restrictions but looks like u don't care about your guests

Slowest Chatime ever lol… been here numerous times and it’s the same experience every time. I consider its busy because of the theatre/it being the hotspot so why always only 3-4 staff on floor?…

I personally went there for the chatime bubble tea/boba. The tapioca had burnt chips in it, the drinks were expensive and because of whatever was burnt we had to throw it out. Did not taste good at all

Incredibly kind and attentive staff. Love the look of the location. Although it can be busy at times, the service is still amazing. Very consistent drinks and pastries.

I recently ordered their strawberry shortcake and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be ordering more from them soon! I’m so happy there’s a location closer to me now.
