I found maggots in my food and manger didn't do anything about it and the employees look disgusted Never eating here again
I was craving sushi one day and decided to UberEats from this place because it was the closest and I really just wanted to get my food quickly. The ratings on Google and UberEats seemed fine so I decided to give it a try.While the food was okay, the rice was just smudged and mushy. The quality of the fish wasn’t fresh either (white tuna roll had a weird fishy smell & taste). The rolls also look a bit weird which is fine had it tasted good but I’m not sure it wins a lot of points of visual representation. Avocado rolls were good and avocado was fresh. The spicy salmon and tuna rolls once again had a fishy smell and taste but I let it go.Overall it was a decent experience for a quick sushi fix. I wasn’t expecting much considering this place was AYCE and ordering from AYCE places can’t really guarantee you “fresh” sashimi grade and sushi grade food like you’d find at actual sushi a la carte restaurants.
I have been there many times and the service and food has always been good. We went this evening and it was horrible from the beginning. Yes it was very busy and we were willing to wait, but they seated us in a back room which smelt like we were in the kitchen. We should have left but decided to stay. Our food took forever to come. They brought out one tray of sushi, 30 min later still nothing . There was another table in the back room that arrived after us and they kept getting their food. Spoke to the manager said the food would be coming. 10 min later still no food. Spoke to the manager again and we told him how unhappy we were and that we were leaving and not paying. I have never done that before and I definitely will never be going back.
Love this place! Got the Dragon roll and it was fresh and delicious. Great all you can eat menu - large selection of appetizers, main dishes, bento boxes, noodles and so much more. A taste for everyone. Great atmosphere!
I noticed there were no recent reviews of this place on Tripadvisor, so wanted to write one. We came on mothers day and had a great experience. Hot food was hot, cold food was cold, service is good. The speciality Akita rolls were so delicious! To top it all off they let all the moms pick a carnation to go home with!
When we went here for the first time, we had a great experience, second time around not so much. The food is good but they are missing more fresh salad options. The sushi is the best part. This time when we went they charged us a 15% service fee. We were a group of 6, split the bill and both of us were charged the service fee. Went 3 weeks ago with 3 people and we were not charged the 15% service fee. They should at least let you know before hand, it's very sketchy. With the service fee it ends up being too expensive. I don't think we would be returning. There are other good sushi all you can eat establishments for a better price.
Akita Sushi has an expansive menu with a lot of great tasting items. We had the Spicy Crab Roll, Salmon Avocado Roll, and Philadelphia Roll, and all were delicious. The cheese wontons were also great. We dined in and the service was incredibly fast. Will definitely be going again.

Have been going here for many years. Food and service used to be pretty good, not so now. Price has gone up and menu selection has gone down!!!! During Covid we were willing to put up with paying more for less .. but now on top of paying more for less ... Service is BAD! We were there for 2 hours and our table was empty most of the time, there were items we ordered and never received when we asked why we had not received the items we were told "we are busy" .... no apology, no "let me look into that for you" ...all we got was "we are busy" !!!! Well, we can help with that!!! We won't come back for a long, long time if EVER! There are other places that are begging for business and would appreciate customers like us .... SEE YA!!!!
