Great menu for all your hunger needs, priced right
This location is terrible. I am not one to write reviews that are bad especially considering I spent years in the fast food industry and am still in the restaurant industry but I have now had one too many bad experiences. The manager working (I assume she was the manager because she was the only one in a different shirt) was rude when I told her I asked for something different than what she tried to hand me. Apparently they misheard me at the speaker which isn’t a big deal but she seemed to be in a hurry even though it wasn’t busy from what I could see. I also have had experiences at this location where my friend has gotten food poisoning, I’ve gotten the wrong order more times than I can count and I’ve also had hair in my burger or salad more times than I can count. I understand mistakes happen but the last straw for me is when an employee is being rude when there’s like 2 cars behind me and it was an easy fix.
Nice clean place. Love the flavoured pop selection. Great food and service.
The food was good, and once the people in front of me were done with their order, mine went smoothly. Two small complaints: there were four people at the front counter but all were concentrating on the couple ahead of me in line. It would have made sense to open the second ordering station to reduce wait time. Also, washroom had a sign for one occupant at a time (COVID protocol), but there was no lock on the door.
Front desk was really helpful answering our questions.Food was fantastic. Very fresh and delicious.The set up is very thoughtful. Pretty roomy.
Only one person before me, and they managed to mess up my order. Generally I dont have a good experience whenever I come to this Wendy's, not managed well I feel. But the food was OK so its not all bad when you get what you actually ordered.
Love the slads here and the burgers make the burgers at other places look like a joke. Fresh, tasty and always friendly service.
My family went to the Wendy’s drive-through Thursday night on February 3rd. We ordered food for 4 people. As soon as my son came running out of his room telling me his spicy chicken sandwich was raw we all completely lost our appetite. Needless to say some of us were sick through out the night.
Very good as far as fast food goes. Half my order was fresh fries, while half my order wasn't and I stood there as I was dining in. Pretty surprised to see that.
Fast food can't get any better than this! Staff are so friendly ,never had a single bad experience in that specific Wendy on tecumseh and lauzon, and I've been there a lot!
