The pay at the menu is the worst idea ever (slows everything down)and the drive through is getting worse. We waited for 20 mins for 8 cars to go through. Also, there is new trainees there every week. No employee retention
This is the less busy Tim Hortons. Plenty of parking spots and easy to drive through. Because Princess Auto moved out.Most employee I met here is very friendly and helpful.
Last time I was there I waited in line for 15 minutes with no service, hadda go through the drive through before anybody would notice me, this time I requested my turkey sandwich be made with honey mustard, "honey mustard and no mayo?" she asks, and precedes to give me ONLY mayo anyways.
The food was up to the usual T.H. standard but the service was slow, we were the only people in line, 2 adults, 1 child, but it took 3 requests to get all the food that we ordered, 2 coffees, 1 apple juice, 2 muffins, 20 timbits. we got the drinks and muffins then we had to ask twice for the breakfast sandwich and again for the timbits.
BEST tea ever! Hot, filled to top, stirred well and exactly as ordered. It is amazing how well this started my day. Thank you 🤗
My preferred timmies! They actually listen and get the order bang on, stir the drinks and keep a good variety of things like Tim bits.
They advertised thd new Team Canadz hockey cards but sold me the NHL Trading cards!! Who'd of thunk until I opened the package and saw the wrong cards!!
I've been to this Tim's a few times always had a good experience until today. I ordered two white candy cane hot chocolates and I was given regular. Listen and follow your orders properly and if you have something it's fine but tell your customers before you give it o them. It's really not that hard. DO BETTER
This has to be the worst Tim Horton's in the City. I had to stop going here even though it's on my direct route to work. NOT once have they gotten my order right. Today I was running late so had no choice but to go to this location and I get to work to sip my coffee and eat my bagel and BOTH my coffee and bagel were wrong. I didn't even get the cream cheese I ordered.If I owned this location I would be investing in some new staff. Just anyone that could get a order correct.
I tried to sit inside but all I could hear was the manager screaming at her staff. It was very unprofessional. They also make my order wrong 90% of the time. If this wasn’t the closest Tim’s to my work I’d go somewhere else.
