Drive through is always trying to upsell on all orders, kind of annoying...Some things are overly priced...

Many bad experiences here.They don’t know how to make coffee, stir well is not a concept here.Drive thru Midnight staff is rude and disrespectful.
Can't stress enough how terrible my experiences have been at this location. Nowhere else at a Tim Hortons have there never, ever been uncooked hashbrowns. Nowhere else at a Tim Hortons have there never been ANY chili. Nowhere else at a Tim Hortons does it take to have to literally say 6 times "CHILI" and they think it's SOUP. Nowhere else at a Tim Hortons do I have to explain to put some milk in hot chocolate more than once. This location is absolutely ATROCIOUS when it comes to detail. They don't even know the names of the doughnuts they sell. They never have chili made even though it's on the menu on the screen! They undercook the hashbrowns to where they are extremely soggy inside the wrapping, and get stuck to them! These people are now making $15 per hour, and the service is like something where they put absolutely no effort or value into their work. The Wendy's that was at this location before this was put in here had 10x better service than what this place has hired to serve us! The ONLY reason I am giving it two stars is because there is ONE worker there who is both alert and attentive. And it's because of that one worker that I haven't even begun to explain the other things wrong with this place.
I don’t know who they hired to work here, but not once has my order ever been right…. I get a plain bagel double toasted with butter everytime because these guys are notorious for not roasting it enough and barely putting butter on on and everytime without fail it comes to me wrong. And the coffee is never consistent, always out of timbits… how do you run out of timbits?!?
This location seems to have an issue with online orders even though it was not an overly busy time of day - then you're stuck with credits even though the fault is with the restaurant. They obviously need a designated person to monitor online orders.
Best Tim's by far..always fresh coffee, good food, and a great staff, willing to go out of thier way to keep the customers happy
Changing my description. Specific to this location, on more than one occasion my orders have been wrong, either partially or fully. I have been overcharged once(it was refunded right away). I know that customer orders show up on the screens in the prep area. Your management needs to teach staff how to read these prompts cause it isn't the person on drive thru getting things wrong. It shows up on the drive thru screen exactly the way I order. I would rather drive the extra way to get a Tim Hortons that gets my order right than go here. Get your act together please.
The location is convenient. There is ample parking including ample handicap parking. The store itself is also accessible. I have shopped here on a couple of occasions. The store is usually clean and organized. They usually have good sales but recently there has been a price increase on most items. I have opted not to purchase fruits and vegetables as they are not fresh and on several occasions, I have purchased both with the interior of the fruit/vegetable bad and have had to immediately throw out. I am not in the habit of saving my grocery receipts so returning the items was not an option. I have called the store suggesting that the products be removed so that other customers did not experience this. I have gotten bad cabbage, lettuce and peppers. All appear ok from the outside but are not. Safer to purchase elsewhere. The remainder of the items in the store seem to be ok. My only other negative experience was purchasing ice cream that appeared to have melted and been refrozen as there was a thick watery clear goo froze to the top of each individually wrapped ice cream. I shop here occasionally now when stuck for time but only purchase from the centre aisles due to these mishaps
