Every time i go here they mess up our order. I dont understand this as i worked at at Timmys for 3 yrs.And if we repeatedly did this we wouldnt have a job.Got tired of complaining
Patient and friendly staff, I wish they had a tip box on the drive through Windsor because they deserve some extra cash, they're really nice group of staff.
the service at this tim hortons is HORRIBLE it takes 10 minutes to get a croissant with butter. the girl making the food, is slower then molasses and looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. and the doesn’t care about their customers unless your drive thru, if your in drive thru you get your food in a minute flat.something needs to be done about this restaurant the worst if it wasn’t for it being the only one on my way to work i would go there .. i had to ask a cashier to just give me my food and i would do it my self.
Very bad they don't even give u a chance to redeem ur points and they r very rude to u I am a regular and I'm about to take the extra walk to park
Worst customer serviceI go there every morning because its close to my house. You'd think I was asking them to do something hard the way they huff and puff when taking my order.
I am actually pretty annoyed with this location.I placed an order via the app and this location was the store to service me. I called the store multiple times after placing the order to ask for additional sauce (for the sandwich) and cream (for the icecap). There was no answer.The food arrived and there was barely any sauce on the sandwich, so it was very dry. I had also ordered a chocolate hazelnut croissant and a donut. The croissant was also pretty dry and the donut was missing.I called the store the following morning and the manager was very kind and quick to offer a replacement.I went to pick up the replacement, the person at drive-thru knew exactly who I was, so I appreciate the communication between employees. But unfortunately for me, when I got home and ready to eat my sandwich, instead of extra ranch sauce, there was extra honey mustard... (I specifically mentioned at the window to please make sure to put extra ranch this time). I didn't eat it.Customer service is fairly good. I would just suggest paying a little more attention to the customers.
Morning staff was rude at drive thru today. I asked her if i could get honey in the tea and she said that they stopped it because people like me took advantage of it by ordering tea with honey for free. If you are seeing this lady let me tell you, you are not giving me honey from your pocket. That’s gonna be mine pocket for mine drink.

Get my Coffee from this location a few times a month & they never go wrong, friendly staff, good cooked food & the dark roast is pretty good as well.
30 yrs of wating.....one till open ...no one on it.... One drive thru...everybody and their uncle all over it....Orders messed up and they look at me like its my fault they fuked up....sell the place for scrap...not worth it to drop money there...they gotta clean up their customer service
