Nice staff....but its the owners I think is the problem. Every time I come in here the internet does not work. I wax told because it's downtown and to many people are using it do it doesn't. Clearly it's a made up excuse. I've been in here when it's packed at noon and I'm in here now an hr before close..still doesn't work..but the downtown wifi works effortless...sadly I think it's a prejudice mentality..the store is located where homelessness is high...without a doubt it's a diversion to keep the said element away...I did have a 4star review which I changed after sitting here for an hour and watching...I won't be coming back and I hope anyone reading this comes to the same conclusion..the stigma needs us to change it...
Worse Tim Hortons experience I ever had! Rude staff, nobody knows how to smile, or simply look in your eyes while speaking to you. Yes I was told it will be a few minutes for my food, but in the meantime my hash brown and English muffin were sitting there getting cold. When I asked if I was going to get hot food, the young girl basically looked at me and rolled her eyes. What kind of customer service is that?I really think Tim Hortons should revise their training in customer service to all their locations!! And get rid of those who don't want to work!!!
I went in and had a fairly large order. 16 Doughnuts, 3 lrg iced caps, and 4 hot drinks. There were hair cooked into three of the Doughnuts and the 4 that were in bags all of the topings were stuck to the side of the bags or to the other Doughnuts so there was absolutely nothing for topings on those. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because of the manager that I had the pleasure of speaking with. So I'd like to thank the manager...Jen for taking care of this issue.
I like this branch of Tim Hortons as it is closer to riverside, has comfortable parking lot, and also always have Boston cream donut.

I ordered chilli and wow they don't have a spoon, I had to use the spoon which I had in my bag!!Amazing response!
The staff is always sluggish and unfriendly. They should adhere to the cleanliness guidelines. Food is not fresh; I've bought potato wedges several times and each time they are overcooked and taste stale and same for other food items.

Staff was nice, but coffee was almost as many grounds as coffee.....
