the staff is always really nice the Coffee and pastries are always fresh it's my Favourite location it's just a good atmosphere.
EVERY MORNING the exact same thing!!! 7 people work inside and ALL not even one aree sloww!!They talk to each other, Laugh and WORK SLOWPeople have work, schools7 people should ROCK this place
Mostly out of stuff at all times. Orders are not prepared properly. One good thing is, they replaced a wrong order with the correct one without any hassle.If you're asking for customizations, do check if they have actually done it accordingly or not.P.S. Check out the amount of ice when I had requested for 'less ice' in their iced coffee.
I ordered a classic bagel with oven garlic cheese and a French vanilla. It was pretty late in the night and staff was amazing with handling and it was great! Will visit again.
Service is pretty good, if you don't mind it not being very personable sometimes, and I usually don't end up with any serious order issues.
Only been there once so far, but friendly staff for the time I went. Great Dark Roast Coffee as well.
Don't come to this location if you aren't prepared to sit at the counter for ten minutes while the 8 people behind the counter pay you no attention because they aren't at all organized lol... Me and my work mate honestly laughed because of how poor this experience was! They have a line up of about 12 people right now. Worst one I've seen yet ! Zero stars if I could. They just ignore you the whole time
They know exactly how I like my order. They memorized what I like. Staff is super friendly I'll go out of my way to go to this Timmy's
At door it says cafe is open till 12 AM but actually it closes at 10PM. Which they haven't changed it for a while when I went there 2 month back it says it opens till 12 AM. Today When I went there again I was in car so could get coffee from drive through but there were other people who came there thinking it's open till 12. Lazy management is giving hard time to customers. Even lady at drive through didn't bother to inform customer that we haven changed the timing. And customers went to drive through Window cause the front door was closed hoping that they might open as timing on door says 12.Poor customer service!!!!
