They did not have alot of selection of muffins to choose from or much of anything. Staff friendly
Rude and impatient server. My gf asked for lactose free milk and she told us they didn't have any. My gf then asked for soy milk and the server told us "I know it's listed on the menu but we don't have those options here." That was fine, but when I wanted to order a latte I asked for a small and she started to get visibly upset at us for not knowing they don't offer small lattes. She said, "Ma'am as I understand it, you wanted the regular latte and we don't offer the small size, only medium. So do you want to change your order."She was seemingly taking it out on us for asking literally 3 questions. Her coworker thanked the man behind us and quickly served up his coffee but when it came to our order she placed it on the counter and left without acknowledging us at all.It's fine to come here if you don't have standards or want a simple cup of coffee, though.
Ordered my friend a ham and cheddar got the wrong sandwich the sauce they put on it tasted very sour I tried a little bit and ended up vomiting as well as my friend. Didn't get ham on it it was turkey and I paid for a ham and cheddar. Girl at till told me that ham and cheddar automatically comes with ranch I used to work for a timmies corporation and I know what ham and cheddar are supposed to look and taste like. I had to call manager and complain about it. Never ordering a sandwich there it ruined my experience along with my friends.
I work in the mall. Its quicker for me to get in my car and drive the the one up the street on lauzon during my 15 minute break than it is to wait in line here. They move like zombies back there.
Great service....Love this place in mall...French vanilla, Muffins, breakfast english muffin and everything bagel with herbs and garlic etc....Never ends....Food is so good and fresh
I visit here daily, coffee is always fresh, ground free! Friendly staff. They chop the customer lines down faster then expected at peak times, while also giving you a personal feel within the visit!
What happened to Timmy's? Bad service too slow and not enough foods that we want to eat. It was a donut shop that had good supplies and now never enough.

I am consistently getting bad service. I cannot have sugar!! I make it clear .. I ask for sweetener but get sugar! That is dangerous! Tip of the iceberg.
