Have not been in Tim Hortons for a while. Decided to stop in for the Special Olympics donut. I ordered 6. The server told me he had only 5 but it would take 3 minutes to bake the sixth donut. I agreed . He took my 5 donuts and said it would take 3 minutes to bake another batch and I could go. After 20 minutes, and no update, I was feeling ill, since I have been sick recently. No update I had to leave without any of my donuts. Terrible service. There was enough staff to handle the business. Why tell me 3 minutes and let me hang for 20 minutes, next time Special Olympics wants a supplier for an event get a more responsible provider. Won t go back. Will deal with the real donut stores next time.
They mess up food orders every once in a bit. But that's not enough to knock too many stars off. Everyone is always friendly.
Honestly I hate employees working here they don’t even have the manners how to speak with others there is one girl her name is sukhpreet i guess she is worst employer ever and others are still better.
Just stopped here to grab a tea and use restroom. First off, bathroom was filthy. As I waited for a stall(only 1 working) A employee exits stall and walks right out of restroom!! Not only did she not flush, never washed her hands.! I seen her name tag but I will not publicly name her. Absolutely not impressed!!
Ordered a crispy chicken wrap. Somehow they managed to forget the chicken. Then when they replaced it there was this unidentifiable slime chicken I can only assume came out if a tube. Please do not feed me tube chicken, it wasn't very nice of you
Ridiculous service, easily one of the slowest in the area.... 15 mins for a sandwich is UNEXCUSABLE, Especially after being told it would be 2 mins and to pull around and wait for it to be brought out... Will definitely not use this location ever again
An hour ago I ordered an extra large double double and everything bagel double toasted with cream cheese through drive thru and they gave me coffee correct and plain bagel instead of everything and with very very very little cheese you can say I want to upload the picture as well it’s really horrible to see the cream cheese on that plain bagel it’s seems like there is no cream cheese on it but my little baby just want to eat it
Sometimes its quit hard to get good service at fast food chains, but this place is an exception!
The worst Tim Hortons in the city. It takes 10 -15 minutes to get a coffee through drive-through most of the time.for some reason the store locations debit is down multiple times a week. The staff seems extremely stressed out, They’re always running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I’ve had enough with this location from now on I will be avoiding it. Even though gas is expensive I will drive to the next location. :(
Takes over 10 minutes in the drive thru just to get your order wrong. Ridiculous.
