This tim hortons has the slowest and laziest late afternoon staff. They didnt have any coffee brewed for there dinning area. As well as they took for ever to make simple orders... the service is horrible. I jad to tray my three coffees and remind them of the 2 over priced muffins... another day another 15 min wait and being skipped over. The lack of service here is way below expectations... like for real i come to this tim hortons at least 3 times aday and honestly cant wait till the mcdonalds opens up down the street......
Worst tim forever, lack of customer experience. Ordered a ice coffee and sugar wasn’t mix properly, then worst experience with customer service specially lady working in midnight shift.
This is friendliest, and it appears the happiest staff, WITHOUT attitude and talk back. Only Timmy's with the yogurt parfait too.
So bad.. Saturday may 7 am. So disorganized they were screwing up everyone's order the lines were out the door half hour or longer wait. Get some new employees they don't know what they're doing. Instead of helping the employees in training they sit back and let them embarass themselves.
Worst Tim Horton branch.Whatever you gonna order,they will give you something else.This has happened with me 3rd time. I will recommend everyone to check it before you take your order and leave.
Very slow, kept mixing up order. Breakfast sandwich English muffin wasn't toasted even though requested, breakfast wrap was cold
I bought a sandwich, the turkey bacon club, it had two pieces of meat. Literally, a single slice of turkey and the equivalent of a single slice of bacon. The staff was convinced that it was a sandwich, it was a piece of bread with some vegetables and they were flavoured like meat. Insane, please get the staff proper training for putting together a Sandwich. It’s seven dollars for that sandwich. Two stars because they still refunded it, before they found out it wasn’t made properly.This was during the afternoon 4/20 approximately 4:30PM. I hope that the management can retrain the staff on how to make an actual sandwich.
Just bought two coffees from here a decaf and a reg coffee. The decaf was stone cold, not fresh. Almost as if it had been sitting there all morning on the counter. Tries to reach out after I got home and there is no answer. This location has steady declined in service and products.
Bad selection of timbits, which is what I wanted. Location clean, staff nice. I also had a bagel sandwich that was really good
Took a while to get customer service at the counter. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the dining area was rearranged making it look so strange. Great coffee/french vanilla and baked goods.
