Not great the lady was not sure how to use my card I had won and her manager kept trying to talk to her about dishes while I was trying to order which I think threw her off and I she didn't click my card right or something so I didn't get any points or roll ups on a good size order. Then I told customer service and they said sorry can't help so yea not thrilled with this place.
My husband and I enjoy sitting in the dining room. Usually clean. Usually free of disruptive people
Internal service is always super slow. Like they don't staff for indoor orders. Sometimes people are just sitting there for 3-5 mins waiting for someone to eventually take their order.Unfortunately not like a typical Timmy's
Avoid the drive thru. The last couple of months they must have cut the number of workers because it is the slowest on the east end.
Waited in drive through for 15 minutes.Ordered farmers wrap, they asked if I wanted sausage or bacon, I asked for sausage and add tomatoes.Got NO sausage, and NO tomatoes???? How do you screw up this badly? Of course I got charged for both items that were missing.

Either the young staff don't care or not trained properly. I got all old fashion timits for assorted timbits, and French vanilla turned into a double double.
Worst tim hortons in the city. They make black coffee double double and don't know how to make the menu items properly they always mess up the order somehow
