i usually don't leave a review unless i feel strongly to otherwise. i'm very annoyed at the service i was given today. this location is very close to my house so when i want timmy's, i come to this location. i placed a mobile order at 2:29 pm and in my past experiences within about 5 or 10 mins my order is ready to pick up. i walked to this location expecting to grab my order and leave. though i will give them the benefit of the doubt since they were pretty busy when i walked in. i was waiting at the mobile pickup area for about for a minute or two before someone acknowledged me and asked why i was waiting. i told them i was waiting for my mobile order and told them my name. another employee told me to show my order number and the time, which i showed him the email. he asked me if i ordered from another location and told me the system didn't update, it sounded like he was blaming me for the system not updating, that's your problem not mine. the supervisor asked the same thing and asked if i ordered for drive thru, which i told her no. i understand they want to make sure but it's annoying when three people ask you the same question and aren't being very nice about it either. it took an extra minute for me to get my stuff and i had to ask for a bag, i thought i would've gotten one since i ordered quite a few things. i was starting to get fed up at this point because they were taking their time giving me the rest of my food when it should've been ready when i arrived.
Staff unbelievably patient and kind..20 minute wait for a hashbrown..not cool..however breakfast sandwiches delicious..
Ordered a wrap, a cup of Bieb's brew and fruit juice.The best I've had in a while

To the public be aware !!! The people on Wyandotte east and Lauzon please check your tea and always see if it's good and make sure that you stir it if you don't this will happen to you and a bunch of stuff out of it. And it can clog up your sink thank God I didn't drink it I'll be sick and so as my baby inside of me!!
Too many questions when placing an order with this new little kiosk at ordering station..seems like cars sit there and idol for 10min just because ordering takes longer to pay..workers ask too many questions slowing order process.. paying at the window is faster..
Went in today to order a coffee d.d and a new steak egg combo eggs are suppose to be edible now so I ordered a steak egg combo to go too and 2 plain donuts all good up too here.Then waiting waited got order all wrong no steal one donut no napkins it wasn't busy so I checked before I left in table then went to gi tell them they first asked if I was vaxxed I said what to order food she said no to eat I said does it matter I wanted my correct order she asked again I wanted my steak and eggs and donut was paid for si I had to leave my wrong order there no refund nothing no out 7 bucks and hungry they are a discmgrace. WRONG ORDER PLEASE WATCH OUT.
Very fast and courteous. A streamlined system they have at this location. They try and that's got to count for something. Almost always perfect service in a timely manner.
