Eat breakfast from here every morning, the food is meh but the service is very friendly.
The line in the drive thru is ridiculous. It's like they serve one order at a time. I've seen 20 cars there and one at the window while cars are held at the order box every order!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same as Central and Tecumseh!
Stir those coffee. Nothing worse than getting a that sugar in the last few sips.

As always Tim Horton is the best coffee is mind blowing donuts and muffins are delicious staff is humble and very kind some of them are very polite and decent parking is available drive-through is also available I always go here with my family and I really like this coffee and this Tim Horton

It's like the owners or management don't care. Never any good muffins and the cold brew is never available or made wrong. May have to start shopping elsewhere ?
Was greeted at Drive thru with a "Ya, what do you want?" No thank you or attempt to give back change. What happened to Customer Service and Respect? Clearly this person should not be dealing with the Public.
Love the customer service at this location. My app phone did not work and I told the cashier I could go and grab my wallet from my car, but he was kind to offer the extra large coffee for free as Tim app is at fault.
I went ant store near about 7 in the evening and i always get meessed up orders from different location so i told the thing to a girl on window her name was Rman that my orders are always wrong so she apologised me and ask me to drink the coffee on window politely when i took the sip it had a perfect level of ice and base that i want then she ask me did you like it if not we can make a new one because for us the customer satisfaction matters .I love the style of her customer service.
