Their debit was down. They didn't feel like informing anyone about it until you get to the window. No sign, no prompt at the speaker, just pretend like it's business as usual until they get to see the disappointment on your face as you realize you now need to drive away empty handed. I'm never coming back to this location, and I hope they lose thousands in wasted food.

This was my first time at this location and the first time ordering the Craveable Roast Beef Sandwich. I came into the shop rather late in the day and was told I was too late to order the item I really wanted, so this was a second choice. The server was friendly and helpful. The sandwich itself was the reason for the reduction of 1 star. The sandwich depicted in the menu board looked like it would have been a satisfying meal with ample meat. The sandwich I received had three very thin slices of roast beef just long enough to cover the base of the bun. I would estimate the weight of meat at about 2 oz. It looked nothing like the photo on the menu board and was not filling at all. I would return to this location based on the quality of service but would not order this item again.
This is definitely one of my most Favorite Tim Horton's locations in all of Essex county Ontario. A clean bar with friendly accurate service with a smile. For me.

I do believe this is Windsor's most western location. I always get good service here. The staff here knows how to treat the customers as far as I'm concerned anyway. It could be just me though guys lot of people love me.
I ordered egg n cheese farmers biscuit, they put just gave me egg with on a biscuit. I spoke to the manager Harkmal. He started to shout at me that everyone just heard me saying biscuit with egg and cheese. He took the sandwich gave me egg n cheese farmers biscuit. I gave him $10 bill and he returned $2 only. I realized he charged extra so I went back to the store. He came back and said he charged me extra because it would be 2 egg n cheese biscuits. I was like how? When u guys messed up my order...He said sir get out of my store or I will call 911.This sort of treatment to the customer is not acceptable.This manager has tantrums and is NOT trained properly. It was not about the money, I tip them all the time. But this time I feel I was scammed and he tried to steal money.Please guys be careful ? always count your money and ask them for receipt.Thanks
Everything bagel with cream cheese except there is barely any cream cheese on it. Consistently bad service
Went through the drive thru tonight around 1030pm and the lady working was absolutely wonderful. Her attitude was so cheerful and sounds like she enjoys her job! Was happy with service tonight. ☺
