Often very busy and when they are all logic goes out the window. Multiple times my order has been wrong, burnt coffee or completely out of something and did not inform me until after I had ordered. The day staff during the week is wonderful and always great service.
Very respectfully, the worst tims I have ever ate at. In my 24 years of life I have never taste something so bad. It was embarrassing that I even disrespected myself enough to eat that. On top of that, I received poisoning from it. Service was slow. Staff was friendly. This will be the last time i ever get something from a tim hortons, unless its an emergency.
Stopped at this time Hortons at 1145am they had only 1 female working very unsafe for her. Who does that. Her service was amazing g but I was so scarred for her working alone.
I only get coffee, bagel and apple fritter now. I don't think they can screw that up ?. I thought I'd try the new wrap, but when I got to the window she said they didn't have any chicken. So much for that. Super slow at the drive through that I go to ?
The new French vanilla cold brew is life they should keep it for good
A lot of times, when I get a coffee, there is cream chunks floating ontop of the coffee or the sugar is at the bottom.I've had some great cups here, and some horrible ones.
Probably the worst visit to any coffee shop across Canada...the crew of people behind the counter acted more like kids during recess...customers were lined up and instead of serving them..they had a party and played the music so loud I watched 3 couples get up and leave...obviously management is non existent...this was my 5th visit to this tim Hortons...and all I can say is there won't be a 6thvisit...I don't drink Starbucks.. but between these two...ill walk across the street...p.s music is still blaring..Wow...ive never seen a more immature group of kids / employees
One Timmies is the same as another. One difference...if they have a drive-thru then they tend to cater to them. Going inside to order takes longer.
This location is absolutely AWFUL when it comes to their DoorDash orders .. how do they continue to send only half of my order every time? And then tell me I can go pick it up in store... Defeating the point of delivery. The manager told me that they don't always scroll down on the order screen to see the whole list of items. WHY NOT? Is that not your job? Laziness!
Great service this location is very close to another location so even when you use the app in there parking lot your order may not go to the right location. Staff was great they made by order and recongized the error
