Not only were the machines down so I couldn’t use my gift cards but also my sausage and egg on a biscuit and hash brown were just thrown in a bag and given to me no wrapping around the sandwich or the hash brown
Never any old brew and if their is they mix it with ice coffee. Owners or management don't seem to care about your purchases.
Fast service with a lineup of 12 cars ahead I was out of drivethrew within 4 mins. Very surprised and glad. 4 stars because they did get my 3cream 2 sugar backwards but at least it wasn't burnt.
As with others I agree that the staff seem overwhelmed, but it is a Tim's which I haven't been served much faster at many other Tim's...I visit this one about 1 a day and I'd give them 80/20 split and the whole board...from a customer pov the staff need much more trainer, professionally and civil
Fast and friendly service, I go there on my lunches for work & leave within 1-3 minutes alone, and if there are others there it takes roughly 3-5 minutes. Fairly well job guys!
Every item in my order was wrong. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 bagels. Couldn't turn around because I was running late for work. Will not return to this location.
Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and got two in the drive through. The restaurant wasn't very busy so this was EXTREMELY disappointing. Especially considering the price.
Ordered via the app. But had to wait because staff was busy. Would of been quicker if I just walked in. This Tim Horton's owners need more staff. They were overwhelmed.
Although I like this location with good staff it's also annoying that when I come in the evening everytime the volume on the music is way too loud. I've asked to have it lowered but the night shift can't because it's in the office which is looked.I'd contact the manager to speak to him but there's no means to do this.
