My fiancé entered a mobile order, when going through the drive thru they said “ yup move on up” when we got to the window they tried getting us to pay again. We had proof of payment and order. They were not as accommodating about the confusion. We ordered an ice Capp and sour cream glaze donut. Now I know my donuts, I am a donut connoisseur, handed me a plain glazed, mentioned the incorrect donut and they tried convincing me otherwise. Like it didn’t look like a sour cream glaze….so me not wanting to hold up the line, just accepted the donut, took a bite and I was right…plain glaze ?♀️ The manager even told me it’s a sour cream…no sorry but you need to read up on your donut assortments to avoid further simple issues. I look forward to my morning donut after the gym and I know what I’m talking about. But we also don’t need to be made to feel bad because you didn’t confirm a mobile order…on other note, when going through a drive through, the environment should be clean and fresh coffee smelling (ya know the fresh morning coffee brew) and the window smelt like fresh cigarettes…not pleasing at all
Owner needs to stop being so cheap and get the rewards card scanner replaced. This is ridiculous! Not their only store I stopped purchasing goods.
Can't get your order right.Had to get them to make the same sandwich three times because the first two times they made it wrong
Tim Hortons is generally amazing but this specific location is understaffed and really busy. The coffee was mostly cream and hot chocolate had no flavour.
Quality has taken a backseat to profit. All the donuts taste the same, all the good is bland. Coffee tastes burnt more often than not
Tim Hortons pushes to use their app which I use all the time but this location is poor at using this service. Avoid walk in service with the app. Faster service waiting in line to pay or use drive thru.
Came in to try a steak sandwich. I was expecting. A WOW.. eating in and in a hurry. They were busy.. but my steak was cold..
