No whole wheat buns again, asked for both not toasted, both were toasted. And it was on the screen when I ordered, girl making it didn't read the order correctly
My order usually gets made incorrectly if they even have the ingredients to make it. I'm aware lack of supplies this isn't usually the locations fault though. Anytime I order an iced capp or frozen lemonade from here the drink isn't mixed properly and doesn't taste very good. There was also a time where I got an iced capp that tasted sour which was really strange. I will say though their customer service is usually fine and if they mix up your order they'll happily replace it for you. Overall this isn't my favourite Tim Horton's but it's not terrible by any means. I've gotten some great breakfast sandwiches here over my lifetime and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Tried cold coffee…! It’s great.
Ordered two iced Capps, one made with chocolate milk, and the other to have an espresso shot. Not only did they try to give me the chocolate iced capp with the espresso in it, but they didn't put it in the other iced capp as I requested.
The coffee is ok. The service is usually good, considering most of the employees are low paid with little benefits. For a company that makes millions of dollars, you would think their employees would be paid more for doing such a great job.
Very rude old woman working there at 1220 on April 24, 2022. Very patronizing. Doesn’t know how to count change so I overpaid because she puts all the coins into the till thereby preventing a second counting of the coins. Then the donuts are destroyed because the young guy they have working there doesn’t know how to close the box. Boston cream donut destroyed before I even received them. Horrible horrible experience. And then when I complained the old bitty gets an attitude. I’ll be contacting the manager when I’m home. Shame on them!
Don't do roll up the rim by app only if your staff doesn't check for the card first. Assumed I was paying by phone. I was not, then tells me it's too late
Whats with the management of these places? Never any cold brew and if their is its made wrong. Something is t right at Tims anymore.

I placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich after 4 PM, usually, any other Tim Hortons would've asked me to cancel the order. But they have prepared the breakfast sandwich and served it with a freshly baked egg.
