Love this Tim's. Friendly staff. Like my home away from home. Does get busy and the drive through lines can be long (some better planning better be in the works with all the new apartments going up across the street). Have moved away and haven't found a Tim's here in Halifax to compare. Keep up the good work.
Terrible experience. .had a girl that had marbles in her mouth..couldn't understand her ..had to repeat my order 3 times for a bagel with butter and guess what. .when I got home it had cream cheese on it...rocket science this ain't ?
Great customer service but my food is not always fresh.
Usually is quick and orders are correct. No complaints
Drive-throughs are usually slow. This one was pretty quick. Best of all great coffee. Very friendly staff
I always drive a little further to come to this Tim Hortons. They always make my iced coffee properly! Great staff each time as well
Horrible customer service. When ever I drive through at this location they mess up my order. Last to last visit- they did not put chipotle even though I asked twice. The bagel was not toasted properly. Its like they just throw food at customers! This lady we met when we visited last weekend i.e. on 19th feb at 4:14 pm, was so rude! This was when we chose to sit and have coffee inside. When I mentioned that they don’t have tissues, the lady and the guy at the counter were so rude! I could not resist this time and told them that this is not the way they should keep food. They said they will discard it later. He asked me that if I work there or if I am their boss!I was like man, I am your customer eating the food you serving! I dont really trust if they just pick that stuff fallen on floor and give to customers at drive through who cannot see!These people are so rude, skipping this location forever!
No carrot muffins, rock hard chocolate chip cookie… this is this worst tim hortons I have been to yet
With my busy scheduleI don’t worry about my lunchJust come over to this Tim Hortons besides our office .Staff are friendly and accommodating.Nice & clean restaurant.Fresh coffee & soup.
