Worst bagel, I ever had from Tim Horton in my life from this location. This morning, That was pretty old and hard like a cart board. Unbelievably hard to chew
The day I went, the washroom was really smelly. I wanted to inform the manager. But after cleaning up by an employee, the smell was still like that. It was really unacceptable kind of bad smell.Ordered a cup of ice coffee. The employee was good ? in helping. ?
Wait was forever. Food was not done right with things like potato patties missing. Not a good experience. Will be a while before I go back. Tims is wondering why they are losing shares to McDonalds....start looking.
I always order from this branch by default due to their app, and almost every single time there’s always something that goes wrong. I asked for a grilled cheese with no meat and I get bacon in it. I order a donut I get the wrong one. I ask for potato wedges they don’t even give it. I don’t even get a refund and when I ask the store about it they say to contact DoorDash and it’s “not their problem” but every time I do, my request doesn’t go through? A waste of my money and time.
First off, they kept getting our order incorrect. They gave us timbits instead of the donuts we had ordered. Then I had asked for two espresso shots on ice, which is a cold drink. The manager tells me as I walk away that I should have ordered an iced coffee. Then when my husband asked her what she said, another employee was oh she was talking to me. Total lie because the manager just stayed quiet.
Disappointed. Went to purchase two gift cards through the drive through. Paid and was given a donut bag with two cards in it. When I got home I opened the bag to find to Christmas themed gift cards in the middle of April. On the contrary picked up a few gift cards from Starbucks. Was asked if there was anything being celebrated along with if I was happy with the design. I also received sleeves for the cards. Shame the employee couldn’t even use basic logic.
Not impressed with any Tim Hortons locations I have visited as of lately. Everytime you order Cold Brew they either never have it or they make it wrong. The staff seems to be getting weaker and weaker. No strength in their stores anymore. What a mess
Lil disappointed. Both our drinks came with leaking, drips down the cups. One was wrong size. Asked for extra napkins so my car stays clean. Got 3.
If you want a bagel don't stop at this location. They are always either cold and barely toasted or solid black.
I'm not a fan of Tim's, however, we visited with family for over an hour and no one bothered us to leave. The restaurant was very clean and staff friendly.Other patrons were also reading books or meeting friends.
