Worst Tim’s in east Windsor. Terrible customer service, understaffed. I sat in this Tim Hortons when it was EMPTY no one in line and it took them six and a half minutes just to take my order. It then took them a following 9 minutes to make 2 drinks. When I asked why it took 15 minutes to have my order taken and made(which I should have been in there at most 5 minutes) I got told that everyone is in the back and to “take it up with someone who cares” you guys really need to pick up the slack I will no longer be visiting this Tim Hortons and will go out of my way at work to go to the one near my house. The time I spent in there today I could’ve gone to my Tim’s and back with both of my drinks in 15 minutes. Unacceptable. If you want your time wasted this is the place for you! Trying to make it to work on time? Just go to a different Tim Hortons. Trust me.

It's a good place, but hard to keep clean with the number of people trying the location.
This Tim's is quite busy and is frequented by people that are a bit more sketch than usual. It is also a smaller location with little room for parking as well. The washrooms are locked and you must notify a worker to get them unlocked (which is uncommon for Tim's). They gave me 15 timbits when I paid for 10, though, for some reason.
One of the best coffee and doughnuts that you can have for the price.

I just came from this location and never again. I tried to order a ceaser wrap which is on the menu, but was told they were not making them anymore because they are too expensive! LOLI paid 9.00 for a wrap that is the size of a snack wrap from McDonald's! it has one chicken finger in it, a thin piece of lettuce 1 tomato and 1.5 pieces of bacon. when I commented That is a 9.00 wrap? I was told sorry we don't make the prices. might want to size your wraps down to the smallest wrap size you can get. for 9.00 you should be able to get at least double the size. I know food prices have gone up but Tim Horton's seems to have raised their prices while making their items even smaller. Save your money and walk the extra steps to Quesada where you can get a wrap that is actually filling for the same price. Unfortunate for Tim Horton's they just lost a long time customer. I wont even buy a coffee from them anymore. And that unfortunate because I think a lot of people wont be purchasing with the food prices going up and the quality going down. I'm actually mad at myself for even accepting that honestly. lesson learned

This location has always been quick and reliable. They handle a good amount of traffic from tunnel and city employees, and are always on the ball. Rarely do I have any poor service or mistakes. You can trust that they'll get your order right.
