Like many reviews, I had no idea what to expect my first time as the name of the place says Sports Bar but the look is a bit more formal. Anyway we’ve been back3 times in the last 6 months and each time we are pleasantly surprised by the new items we try. Service has generally been very good- even on a busy St Patrick’s Day. Wish them great success!
Ordered take out. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff were very pleasant and food was made to order very timely. Prices are fair. Tipping is a must as we go in and out of lockdowns.
One of the gems of Walkerville. They have sports playing so you never miss a game. The food is a great mix of pub grub a gourmet. Fantastic service.
Just skip this one. Ordered the Halibut. What a disappointmentThe piece of fish was so small. Litterally 3 bites. I would never serve that as a meal. The coleslaw was just discusting tasted sooo bad.$25 most discusting meal. Ever
The bartender named Ashley was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She was friendly and prompt. Definitely an asset to the business.
The food was beyond expectations, tried the prosciutto wrapped shrimp, charred octopus, Cajun beef tips, seared ahi tuna. The food reflects a 5 star Bistro but the vibe of the restaurant is a sports bar / restaurant. Definitely a hidden gem for any foodie! Will defs be back again.
My friends and I came here for after dinner drinks. Even though it was fairly busy and they only had one bartender, she was absolutely great. Very personable and the drinks were made well! The patio was nice and spacious, as was the inside. The food menu looked really good too. I'll come back to give it a try.
I can't remember if the last time I was here it was the Thirsty Butler, or if the business has changed, but this place is great now. Food is pretty simple but good, they usually have whatever is good sports-wise on the TVs, and the atmosphere is great. Service is friendly, good selection of beers, prices make sense. The last time I was here, it was full of the most vapid losers in the city, so I'm happy to see they've been shooed off to somewhere else.

If you're looking for a place in Walkerville where your can grab a pint and actually hear a conversation, this is it.
